Chapter 461 Going to Sea

"Oh? I'm not Mo Beichen? Who do you think I should be?" Mo Beichen concealed his surprise and asked expressionlessly.

Meiling frowned, looking somewhat confused. She felt that Mo Beichen's aura was somewhat familiar, but she couldn't remember where she had met him before.

They, the Meizu, were naturally sensitive to auras, and she was certain that something must have happened to Mo Beichen's body.

"Hmph, who you are has nothing to do with me. Fine, I'll spare you today. We'll meet again someday." As soon as the spirit finished speaking, a cloud of purple mist appeared around her.

When the fog dissipated, the person had disappeared.

Seeing that she was about to disappear, Mo Beichen quickly struck out with a palm, but he did not hit Meiling.

He stared at the spot where the spirit had vanished, his expression shifting in a mystical way. After pondering for a moment, he composed himself and walked toward the man in white.

Suppressing his shock, Shadow stepped forward and asked with concern, "How are you feeling, Lord Mo?"

Mo Beichen turned his head and found that the shadow seemed more respectful to him than before. He was slightly taken aback, looked at the shadow deeply, and said that he was fine.

Shadow showed no outward change in emotion upon hearing this, but inwardly a storm raged.

He suddenly felt a pang of anxiety. Did his Highness know anything about Mo Beichen or not?

Yun Qingluo watched as Mo Beichen walked over, his eyes devoid of any emotion, which made her feel somewhat annoyed.

“Lord Shadow, this place is not safe to stay any longer. We must leave quickly,” Yun Qingluo said, turning to Shadow.

Shadow nodded and ordered his guards to scout the surrounding area to see if there was a way to leave.

A short while later, the guard returned and reported that a ship had been discovered.

A look of joy appeared on everyone's faces as they headed towards the spot where they had made the discovery.

Just as Yun Qingluo stood up to leave, she saw a figure squatting down in front of her—it was Mo Beichen.

He half-squatted down and said calmly, "Get on, I'll carry you across."

Yun Qingluo was slightly taken aback. Looking at his broad back, a sudden surge of inexplicable emotion welled up in her heart. She hesitated for a moment, but finally gently leaned against his back.

Mo Beichen felt her weight, hugged her legs tightly with both hands, and then slowly stood up.

Yun leaned against his back, feeling his body temperature and breath, and a ripple of emotion stirred in her heart.

She gently rested her head on Mo Beichen's back, and suddenly felt Mo Beichen's body stiffen, then relax after a moment. Yun Qingluo's smile faded.

She understood that even though Mo Beichen was trying his best to adapt to his role as her husband, he was still somewhat distant from her.

Xiao Yi comforted her, "Don't be anxious, don't be anxious, give me some time."

Yun Qingluo nodded and said, "I understand."

Then she asked Mo Beichen in a low voice, "Were you injured just now? How are you feeling? Is anything bothering you?"

Upon hearing this, Mo Beichen paused, feeling a strange sensation rise in his heart as the warm breath brushed against his ear.

He tried to ignore the strange feeling and cleared his throat to reply, "I'm not injured, I've recovered."

He paused for a moment, then said, "Don't worry, I'm fine."

He thought: His little wife must love him very much. When he was fighting the spirit, her eyes followed him closely. Even though she knew he wasn't injured, she still asked him a question. She must love him terribly.

But he had completely forgotten about her. She didn't cry or make a fuss; she was quiet and still, like a porcelain doll, full of a sense of brokenness.

“Although I don’t remember you, don’t be afraid. You are my wife, Mo Beichen, and I will not leave you.” Mo Beichen spoke again, his tone firm yet gentle. He seemed somewhat unaccustomed to Yun Qingluo’s silence, his brows furrowing slightly.

When Yun Qingluo heard Mo Beichen's words, her eyes welled up with tears. She tried hard to control the urge to cry, gently biting her lip to keep herself from sobbing. She took a deep breath, lowered her voice, and whispered, "Yes, I know you won't leave."

Mo Beichen heard Yun Qingluo's sob and said apologetically, "I'm sorry, I made you suffer."

Yun Qinglu shook her head without saying a word, and simply lay on Mo Beichen's back, quietly listening to his heartbeat and breathing.

Mo Beichen frowned slightly, but did not speak again, and followed the others toward their destination.

When everyone walked up to the ship, they were all somewhat shocked.

The ship was larger than expected, its brand-new appearance astonishing. It sat there silently, as if it had emerged from the void, with no sign of human activity around it.

The Ghost Doctor's expression was filled with both surprise and deep shock. He murmured to himself, "This is simply unbelievable! How could such a huge and brand-new ship appear in this desolate place? Could it be that God specially prepared it for us?"

Yun Qingluo smiled slightly, secretly rejoicing at her decision.

Yun Qingluo originally thought that Mo Beichen would put her down after they arrived at their destination, but he showed no intention of doing so.

She tried to struggle a few times to alert Mo Beichen, but he just turned his head and said softly, "Don't move, let's talk about it after we get on the ship."

Hearing this, Yun Qingluo simply felt at ease and lay on Mo Beichen's back.

At this moment, Shadow instructed his guards to carefully check the surrounding environment. After confirming that it was safe, everyone worked together to push the boat into the sea.

Next, they sent someone to retrieve their luggage and the coconuts they had picked, placed them on the boat, and then boarded the boat together and left the beach.

Once on board, everyone was shocked once again.

"This is like a dream."

"It feels like someone prepared everything specifically for us. There are enough supplies to keep us at sea for two months."

Another person chimed in, "That's right. We were worried about how we would survive without supplies, but the ship's hold is fully stocked. Is it really heaven helping us?"

Yun Qingluo listened to the crowd's discussions from Mo Beichen's back, trying hard to suppress her laughter, and buried her head deep in the crook of his neck.

Mo Beichen mistakenly thought she was unwell and said to the others, "You guys pack up first, I'll take her inside to rest."

Then, he carried Yun Qingluo into the cabin and chose the innermost room to go inside.

Bai Chang stroked his chin. "Did he lose his memory or not? Why does he seem to have no change in his attitude towards Luo Luo?"

The man in white pulled him to the front of the deck, looking out at the vast ocean. "Whether or not someone has lost their memory, the person involved knows best. Why are you meddling in their affairs? It's been a long time since we played chess. Play a game with me."

Bai Chang laughed and said, "That's right, let's play chess, let's play chess."
