"What are you standing there for? Come in and sit down."
Inside the consultation room, Fu Yunque waved to Ling Mo, who was standing at the door, and a warm smile appeared on his face.
His smile was warm, and bathed in the golden sunlight streaming in through the window, he seemed to be basking in soft light, so handsome that it was impossible to look away.
Unlike Qin Beiming's cold and domineering aura, Fu Yunque is more like an approachable older brother next door, with clean eyes, a gentle temperament, and good looks without the slightest aggression.
"Miss Ling, right? Why aren't you coming in yet?"
Fu Yunque flipped through Ling Mo's medical records and asked softly.
Upon hearing this, Ling Mo quickly suppressed the admiration in his eyes and sat down opposite Fu Yun Que with a blank expression.
"Here for a medical evaluation?"
"Um."
"Is anyone accompanying you?"
"I came alone."
"Okay." Fu Yunque nodded, then looked at her age on the form and asked with a hint of doubt:
"Miss Ling, are you really 20? You look like you're still in high school, right?"
"Doctor, aren't you asking too many questions?"
Ling Mo glanced indifferently at the name tag on Fu Yun Que's white coat and said with slight impatience, "Can we begin now?"
"Please be patient. Dr. Liu has something urgent to attend to and has gone out for a while. He'll be back soon."
"So, you're not a doctor in this department?"
When Ling Mo thought about how he had almost been fooled by this fake doctor, his voice rose slightly and a look of anger suddenly appeared on his face.
Fu Yunque smiled apologetically and explained slowly:
"Dr. Liu had something to do and happened to run into me, so she asked me to take care of her patient here."
"..."
Seeing his always gentle and kind demeanor, Ling Mo instantly lost her temper and quietly played with her phone, patiently waiting for Dr. Liu's return.
About five minutes later, a simply dressed middle-aged female doctor pushed open the door to the consultation room, panting.
She thanked Fu Yunque with a smile while taking Ling Mo's medical report and casually asked Ling Mo:
"You want to determine if you've had a miscarriage, right?"
"Um."
"Don't you know whether you've had a miscarriage or not?" Dr. Liu asked, puzzled.
“I am well aware of this myself. The reason I came for the medical examination is simply because the prosecution needs it for evidence collection.”
"I see."
Dr. Liu pulled out a chair, and as soon as he sat down, he carefully examined Ling Mo, who was wearing a high school uniform, and asked softly:
Have you ever had a sexual relationship?
"No."
"If there's no abortion, why bother with an abortion test? Just get a virginity test done," Dr. Liu said impatiently, pushing up his glasses.
