Chapter 210 Third Master: Darling, let's change how we address each other.

Ling Mo suddenly realized and murmured, "No wonder Grandma has been holding my hand ever since I came in; she was feeling my bones."

Seeing this, Qin Beiming also put down the notebook on his lap, raised his deep eyes, and spoke slowly and deliberately:

How many secrets do you still have that I don't know?

"We only have seven business cards for now."

As Ling Mo spoke, he took out a pure black business card from his shoulder bag and handed it to Qin Beiming.

Looking somewhat confused, Old Madam Qin asked anxiously:

"Mo Bao'er, what are you two up to? That little liar not only stole your identity and your father, but now she's trying to take Bei Bei away too. Why don't you expose her true colors?"

"Do you think I'm so easy to rob?" Qin Beiming said dismissively.

Old Madam Qin peeled off the candy coating of the lollipop, and while shipping the couple, she uttered some harsh words:

"That's hard to say. But let me make this clear first: if you dare to bully our Mo Bao'er, I'll jump out of my sickbed and break your two legs."

Ling Mo smiled and said, "Third Master is doing well."

"You're smart to know what's good for you."

Qin Beiming snorted coldly, guessing what Ling Mo had done last night because Xuan Wei had taken over the identity of the Divine Physician.

I had planned to settle the score with her, but seeing how sweet she was, I softened and let it go.

Seeing the two becoming increasingly affectionate, Old Madam Qin couldn't help but tease them:

"Mo Bao'er, you and Bei Bei have been together for quite a while now, why are you still addressing each other so formally? You keep calling him 'Third Master,' 'Third Master,' people who don't know better might think Bei Bei is your third uncle."

"Grandma is right."

Qin Beiming nodded in agreement.

He had been thinking about correcting this for a long time.

Lu Jinjiu's girlfriends all know to call him "husband," or at least "brother." But his little girlfriend can't even bring herself to call him "brother."

Ling Mo twitched his lips and tentatively asked:

"Then... what should I call you?"

"Call me 'Old Man'..."

Qin Beiming dreamed of hearing her call him that.

However, she was just too young.

If she really called him that, he would feel guilty instead.

Ultimately, she was still a flower bud waiting to bloom, and he really couldn't bear to touch her before she fully blossomed.

Therefore, Qin Beiming could not continue speaking after only saying half of what he had said.

They weren't married yet, and he didn't want to, nor could he bear to, shamelessly take advantage of her.

"Old what?"

Ling Mo raised an eyebrow, thinking to herself that if he were to utter the word "public," she wouldn't mind kicking him a few times to cure his delusions.

Old Madam Qin had not expected Qin Beiming to be so brave. At this moment, she stared at his sharply defined lips with anticipation, her hands tightly clasped together in her excitement.

I have to say, it's incredibly satisfying to be a fan of a couple in the front row.

Watching the two main characters enjoying their ambiguous relationship, Old Madam Qin was like a boisterous weasel jumping around, watching the drama unfold while getting excited, so much so that she could practically break into a wild disco on her sickbed.

Qin Beiming pursed his lips, pondered for a long time, and finally swallowed back the word that was about to come out, instead stammering out:

"Old...Old Qin."

"Old Qin?"

Ling Mo realized he had misunderstood, and his flying kick went out without stopping, hitting Qin Beiming's shinbone directly.

Madam Qin was surprised that Qin Beiming would blurt out "Old Qin". All the pink bubbles in her eyes were shattered. She grabbed the plush toy on the hospital bed and threw it at his arms. "Who wants to hear this? Say it again. Speak properly."

Qin Beiming seemed somewhat confused.

He knew perfectly well what Madam Qin was thinking.

But why did Ling Mo kick him?

Could it be that she's not satisfied with the rather conservative way of addressing him, "Old Qin"?

But besides "Old Qin," it seems like "husband" is the only option left...

Qin Beiming secretly rejoiced at the thought that Ling Mo actually harbored such intentions.

Just as he was about to verify it again, Fu Yunque suddenly appeared at the door of the ward and called out to him at the right moment:

"Mr. Qin, may I have a word with you in private?"

"good."

Qin Beiming made a move to stand up and strode towards the exit of the ward.

He and Fu Yunque did not have much interaction.

Therefore, when Fu Yunque suddenly appeared to find him, his nerves instantly tensed. After closing the door, he asked in a deep voice:

"Is Grandma's condition still stable?"

"Mr. Qin, there is no need to worry. Madam Qin is recovering quite well and can be discharged today."

Fu Yunque smiled gently, and seeing that no one was around, he lowered his voice and said;

"There's something I need to ask you to tell Miss Ling. The paternity test results between Zhan Hanjue and Xuan Wei are suspicious. In fact, Miss Ling is Mr. Zhan's biological daughter."

Why not talk to her yourself?

Qin Beiming, with his hands in his pockets, leaned lazily against the wall and casually asked.

Fu Yunque hesitated for a moment, then finally spoke frankly:

"I'm afraid you'll misunderstand my relationship with Miss Ling, and that this could cause unnecessary trouble."

You're overthinking it.

Qin Beiming admitted that he did get jealous, but it was mostly just minor squabbles.

In fact, deep down he still trusted Ling Mo.

Ling Mo was originally a cool girl, but she only became different in front of him.

How could he not see such obvious favoritism?

Seeing Qin Beiming's confidence, Fu Yunque felt somewhat dejected.
