Chapter 104 University Report
It's already mid-September in the blink of an eye.
Yu Qing helped Lu Chi pack his things, carrying large and small bags downstairs. Lu Chi's university admission notice had arrived long ago, but it had been delayed until now due to the police investigation and evidence collection.
The two stood by the roadside waiting for a taxi. Yu Qing turned to look at him and asked again, "Are you really not planning to change universities?"
He knew that Lu Chi's biggest reason for choosing the Normal University was to make it easier to take care of his elderly parents. Now that his parents had passed away, he could have chosen a better school, but he didn't know why Lu Chi still chose the Normal University as his first choice.
“I love this city,” Lu Chi said firmly.
"That's good, that way we can be in the same city, and I can visit you when I have time." Yu Qing felt a little bittersweet. Lu Chi was about to go to university to register, and he was also going back to school to pursue his studies. The two of them would have less time to see each other in the future.
"Mm." Lu Chi nodded gently.
"By the way, what major did you apply for?" Yu Qing asked curiously.
"Clinical medicine".

"I want to become a forensic doctor."

"And you?" Lu Chi turned to look at Yu Qing.

Just then, a taxi drove up in the distance. Yu Qing's eyes lit up when she saw it, and she waved to the car, "Driver, this way!"
The taxi stopped beside the two of them.
The driver was a very honest man. Seeing that the two had a lot of stuff, he got out and helped them move the things to the trunk.
After getting in the car, Yu Qing offered the driver a cigarette: "Driver, please take me to the Normal University."
The driver smiled and said thank you, took the cigarette and tucked it behind his ear, then stepped on the gas and started the car.
"Are you freshmen this year?" the driver asked the two casually as he drove.
"Okay, I'll report for duty today." Yu Qing nodded.
What's your major?
"Clinical medicine".
“I have a niece who is also studying medicine. Last month, her hospital was haunted, which scared her quite a bit. So, you have to have a strong mentality to study medicine.”
"Don't worry, my friend isn't tough in anything, except for his mental fortitude," Yu Qing joked.
Lu Chi ignored Yu Qing's teasing and turned to look out the car window.
Soon, the car stopped at the gate of the Normal University.
Yu Qing had just finished paying when he suddenly heard someone call his name from behind: "Brother Qing".
Yu Qing turned around and saw a man wearing a black T-shirt, tight pants, and loafers running towards him.
It was the Want Want Brothers I met at the restaurant that day.
"What are you doing here?" Yu Qing asked curiously.
The Wangzai brothers scratched their heads a little embarrassedly and said, "I took your advice and opened a courier station here. I was just planning to treat you to a meal in a couple of days, but I didn't expect to run into you."
"See? I wasn't lying to you."
Upon hearing this, the Wangzai brothers immediately perked up: "Brother Qing, you're amazing! All my relatives and friends used to look down on me, but now they all look at me with new respect. I'm so grateful to you, Brother Qing. You're truly my benefactor."
"No need to thank me, it's mainly because you listened to my advice." Yu Qing was just saying it casually at the time, and he didn't expect the other party to actually take it to heart. Moreover, he even chose an address in a university. It has to be said that this kid has some guts and brains.

After the three of them reported to Lu Chi, they went to their assigned dormitory.
Pushing open the door, I saw my three roommates already there, making their beds.

Yu Qing took out a pack of cigarettes from his backpack, handed one to each of them, and asked in a joking tone, "Brothers, what kind of gods are you? Introduce yourselves!"

After the introductions were finished, Yu Qing introduced himself and then pulled Lu Chi aside: "This is my brother, his name is Lu Chi, he's a local from Jiangcheng. He's not a very talkative person, so please take care of him in the future."
"Brother, what are you saying? Shouldn't we help each other when we're out and about? Besides, we're all in the same dorm, why would we help outsiders?"

At this moment, the Wangzai brothers were preparing to make up Lu Chi's bed. Looking at the bathroom seat near the window, they said to Yu Qing, "Brother Qing, the last seat seems to be near the bathroom. What should we do?"

After saying that, he threw the cigarette directly onto his friend's bed across the room.
The two began making the bed.
The sheets and blankets were brought from home, and Yu Qing had prepared all the toiletries for Lu Chi, so Lu Chi didn't need to buy them himself.
Even relationships within the dormitory were taken care of in advance for him.
Before leaving, Lu Chi escorted Yu Qing to her dormitory building.
Seeing that Lu Chi remained silent, Yu Qing said sternly, "You kid, remember to call me in the future. Don't forget your old friends when you make new ones, you hear me?"
"I heard you." Lu Chi nodded.
