No longer can he only hear her voice on the phone to ease his longing, but the living person is right in front of him, in his arms.
Right now, Song Qi'an is even more excited than if he had won a project worth hundreds of millions.
"It's me." A low, husky voice sounded from above.
This hug reminded Zhou Sui of the embrace before they parted, when Song Qi'an held her tightly, just like now, his heart pounding so hard it was deafening.
For some reason, Zhou Sui's eyes welled up with tears. She reached out and hugged Song Qi'an back. The two remained silent for a while until Zhou Sui felt something fall into her neck.
She looked up and exclaimed in surprise, "It's snowing?"
The snow started particularly late today. It was freezing cold outside, and there wasn't a single sign of snow. I didn't expect it to start snowing so suddenly.
And it was snowing quite heavily. Zhou Sui stretched out her hand, and the snowflakes landed in her palm.
Even though Song Qi'an was reluctant to let go of the person in his arms, he still had to consider that Zhou Sui would be cold outside in such cold weather.
"It's snowing, let's go inside." In just a short while, both of their heads were covered in snowflakes.
Zhou Sui pulled away from Song Qi'an's warm embrace and immediately felt a chill. She subconsciously grabbed Song Qi'an's hand and walked towards the stairwell.
"Brother Qi'an, you even brought snow with you." She loved winter snow. Heaven knows how excited and happy Zhou Sui was to see Song Qi'an and the snow she had been longing for.
Those eyes were sparkling, and Song Qi'an saw them, letting her pull him inside.
"Then I've arrived just in time?"
Zhou Sui smiled, pursing her lips. "Yes, we've come at just the right time."
It arrived with the first snow, and it also filled Zhou Sui's heart.
