Chapter 84 What Should We Call Her If Not Auntie?

"Cheng Yue, you should go."

Thinking of Zhou Sui's presence, Song Qi'an restrained himself slightly, not wanting to embarrass her, and only wanted to get rid of her.

Cheng Yue felt embarrassed when Song Qi'an called her by her full name.

She forced a smile and adopted the demeanor of an elder.

"Qi An, no matter what, your father and I are going to get married. It's not appropriate for you to call me by my name like that."

It was as if putting on this air of superiority would make Song Qi'an treat her more politely.

Before Song Qi'an could speak, Zhou Sui whispered something.

"Auntie, could you move back a little? You're spitting all over the table."

Zhou Sui swore that she really saw an unidentified liquid on the table.

She quietly moved the bowls and chopsticks closer to herself, afraid of getting into trouble.

"You called me auntie?!" Cheng Yue's voice suddenly rose. She was not even twenty-five years old, but this girl in front of her looked to be a teenager, yet she called her auntie!

Zhou Sui looked at her with a clear and innocent expression, "If I don't call you Auntie, what should I call you? Aren't you going to marry Uncle Song? Isn't Auntie the one who's a good match for Uncle?"

Then Zhou Sui saw Cheng Yue's innocent face become distorted.

"Little sister, it's okay if you don't understand. I'll tell you, you can call me Mrs. Song."

She spoke to Zhou Sui, but her eyes were fixed on Song Qi'an, her intentions quite clear.

"But you're still not married, aren't you?" Zhou Sui was sure she hadn't misheard.

Cheng Yue choked, "We'll get married sooner or later!"

"Oh," Zhou Sui replied, but clearly didn't take her words to heart.

Just then, there was a knock on the door, and a man in a white chef's uniform led a waiter in.

The man greeted Song Qi'an warmly, "Qi'an, it's been a while since you've been here. I thought you'd forgotten about Uncle Qi's place."

This was the first time Zhou Sui had ever seen a chef who looked so refined. Yet, what didn't match his refined image was his hearty and cheerful manner the moment he opened his mouth.

Song Qi'an stood up. "Uncle Qi."

"I've been busy lately. Once I'm done with what I'm doing, I'll probably have to bother Uncle Qi every day."

The man called Uncle Qi laughed heartily, "We're all family, so what's the big deal about bothering each other? As long as you're willing to come."

With a wave of his hand, the waiters behind him brought over the dishes one by one, just about to place them on the table.

Song Qi'an said, "Let's change the table. This table isn't clean."

"Hmm?" Uncle Qi glanced back and a woman who looked like a supervisor hurriedly stepped forward. She didn't know what was going on, but if the customer said it wasn't clean, then it wasn't clean.

Song Qi'an didn't make things difficult for the foreman and explained to Uncle Qi.

"Someone was being unrestrained and spit on the table."

It's obvious who this person is referring to.

Cheng Yue was so angry that her lips twitched. Everyone in the room knew that she had spat on the table while talking, which was incredibly embarrassing.

What Uncle Qi said next made her lose even more face.

"It's not just unclean, this table is unusable, take it out and throw it away."

As soon as he finished speaking, people came in and quickly carried the table and chairs out.

Cheng Yue's face turned pale and then red. Since she started dating Song Yuan, when had she ever been treated like this?

Before she could react, Uncle Qi turned to look at her.

From Zhou Sui's perspective, you can see the disgust in Uncle Qi's eyes.

"Miss Cheng, you are not welcome in my little restaurant. Please leave immediately."

This was the first time Cheng Yue had ever encountered a business owner kicking people out.

"I... I came in advance to order food for Brother Yuan. How dare you let me leave?"

Song Yuan used to bring her here, and everyone here was always very polite.

Even though Song Yuan hasn't arrived yet, she doesn't believe that these people would still dare to treat her like this if she brought up Song Yuan's name.

"So what if it's Song Yuan? I gave him some face before because of Sister Wenxiu. But with his animalistic character, he still has the nerve to come to my place for dinner."

Uncle Qi snorted coldly and spoke to the people behind him.

"Tell the people at the door that we do not serve Song Yuan and this Miss Cheng."

Cheng Yue's chest heaved; she hadn't expected that bringing up Song Yuan would be even less effective.

"Miss Cheng, please leave. It wouldn't look good if I asked you to leave."

Having been chased away to this extent, Cheng Yue was too ashamed to face anyone. She snorted heavily and walked outside with a livid face.

The atmosphere in the room changed immediately after Cheng Yue left.

"Come, Qi'an, and this little girl too."

Uncle Qi gestured for the two to sit down, and when he looked at Zhou Sui, his eyes held a hint of curiosity.

"Qi An, who is this young lady?"

"Uncle Qi, this is my friend Zhou Sui."

"Sui Sui, this is Uncle Qi."

Song Qi'an introduced the two of them, and Zhou Sui obediently called him Uncle Qi.

She always felt that the refined-looking man in front of her was anything but simple.

"Little Sui Sui, right? Don't be shy here. Just tell the people outside what you want to eat, and the kitchen will send it over to you right away."

Uncle Qi spoke very warmly to Zhou Sui, his attitude towards her being completely different from his attitude towards Cheng Yue.

Zhou Sui was somewhat flattered. When dealing with unfamiliar people, she always believed in the principle of smiling more, listening more, and talking less.

Fortunately, Uncle Qi's attention was mostly on Song Qi'an.

"Has your mother gone back to the village?"

Song Qi'an nodded. "She wants to relax in the village and think about what to do next after a while."

"It's a pity I wasn't in the city when I divorced that bastard Song Yuan, otherwise I would have definitely gone to beat him up."

"That bastard! Uncle Zhao and Sister Wenxiu treated him well back then. Without the Zhao family, he would still be living off that small plot of land."

When Song Yuan was mentioned, Uncle Qi's eyes sharpened considerably.

"Uncle Qi, I'll handle this. You don't need to worry."

After the two talked for a while, Uncle Qi got up and left. Before leaving, he asked Song Qi'an to bring Zhou Sui over for meals often.

Zhou Sui followed Song Qi'an to see the person out. When she turned around and saw the table full of dishes, she finally couldn't help but ask.

"I remember we only ordered three dishes and a soup, didn't we?"
