Chapter 1895: Rental (I)
After Lu Xiaoxiao and Zhang Xu finished their breakfast at the state-owned restaurant, they walked towards her home. Monkey’s elder brother was coming to rent a house today, and she wanted to see if Monkey’s elder brother was really the same as Monkey said.

After hearing what Wei Datian said, Lu Xiaoxiao smiled back at him, then she took out the key and opened the door.
"Uncle Wei, you and Auntie can take a look at the house first. If you are satisfied, I will rent it to you."
Wei Datian and Lai Xiaojuan nodded after hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, and then the couple went to look at houses.
"Lu Xiaoxiao, my elder brother and sister-in-law are nice, right?" Monkey said to Lu Xiaoxiao.
“It’s really good.”
"Have you agreed to rent the house to my eldest brother?"
"Didn't I just say that as long as your uncle and aunt are satisfied with the house, I will rent it to them?"
"Lu Xiaoxiao, you are so loyal. If you need my monkey in the future, just come find me."
"You said that."
"I said so."
After Wei Datian and Lai Xiaojuan took a round of the house, they were particularly satisfied with it. However, although they were satisfied, they were still worried that the little money they earned would not be enough to pay the rent.
When Lu Xiaoxiao saw Wei Datian and Lai Xiaojuan walking towards her, she asked them, "Uncle Wei, Auntie, are you satisfied with this house?"

"Auntie, how much did you originally plan to rent the house for?" Lu Xiaoxiao asked Lai Xiaojuan.
"Two dollars a month." Lai Xiaojuan said embarrassedly.
After hearing what Lai Xiaojuan said, Lu Xiaoxiao handed the contract in her hand to Monkey and said, "Monkey, tell your aunt the rent price written on the contract."
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Monkey took the contract that Lu Xiaoxiao handed to him, then he quickly read the contract and looked at Lu Xiaoxiao with disbelief.
"That's the price you see. Don't doubt that you've seen it wrong." Lu Xiaoxiao said to the monkey.
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Monkey took a deep breath and said to Lai Xiaojuan, "Sister-in-law, the rent of Lu Xiaoxiao's house is one dollar a month. You are fully capable of renting this house."
