Chapter 2025: Repairing the Roof (Part 2)
After lunch, Lu Xiaoxiao saw that Liu Pingjiang had not arrived yet, so she asked Liu Biao and the others to sit down and rest first, and then start repairing the roof after Liu Pingjiang arrived.
When Lu Xiaoxiao was one month old, she heard a knock on the door and she knew it was Liu Pingjiang, so she immediately stood up and went to open the door.
"Xiaoxiao, my dad and I are here." Liu Ermei said to Lu Xiaoxiao when the yard door opened.
"Come in, we're waiting for you."
"Xiaoxiao, are you planning to repair the tiled roof?" Liu Pingjiang asked Lu Xiaoxiao when he entered the yard and saw the tiles piled in the corner.
"Yeah, Uncle Pingjiang, can you repair the tiled roof?"

"Then I'll trouble Uncle Pingjiang."
When Liu Pingjiang, Liu Biao and the other two went to repair the roof, Liu Ermei asked Lu Xiaoxiao, "Xiaoxiao, where did you buy the tiles? When I came to your house this morning, there were no tiles yet."
"I traded it with someone. Someone who happened to have tiles needed what I had, so he traded it with me."
"What a coincidence?" Liu Ermei said in disbelief after hearing Lu Xiaoxiao's words.
"Yes, it's just a coincidence, otherwise where would I get the tiles?"
"Xiaoxiao, let me hold your hand and pass on some of your good luck to me."
Lu Xiaoxiao smiled after hearing what Liu Ermei said. Although she knew that giving her hand to Liu Ermei would not bring good luck to her, she still cooperated and extended her hand to Liu Ermei.
After Liu Ermei held Lu Xiaoxiao's hand for a while, she looked at her hand and smiled foolishly. If Liu Pingjiang hadn't asked her to bring water, she would probably have continued to smile.
At 4:30 in the afternoon, Lu Xiaoxiao saw that most of the roof had been repaired, with only a small part left. So she called Liu Ermei to clean the kitchen and started cooking.
"Xiaoxiao, I noticed that the roof of the main room has been repaired. I'll go help you clean the main room, otherwise you won't be able to see the cleaning when it gets dark."

"Xiaoxiao, why did you fry so many omelets?" Liu Ermei said to Lu Xiaoxiao while looking at a big bowl of omelets.
"I use it to eat with pancakes. There is no vegetable at home today, so I can only use eggs."
"Stir-fried bacon with pickled cabbage, egg and cabbage soup, fried egg pancakes, you told me there's no other dishes?"
"At noon, Liu Biao and his friends had braised pork and white rice."
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Liu Ermei was so choked that she couldn't say a word, so she had to carry the dishes towards the main room.
Lu Xiaoxiao smiled as she watched Liu Ermei leave, and then she continued to make pancakes. In fact, she should have prepared more dishes today, because in the afternoon she saw Liu Pingjiang and Liu Biao helping her repair the roof without a break, how could she not be moved.
Unfortunately, when Liu Ermei was helping her clean the kitchen, she had seen the ingredients in her kitchen, so she couldn't get out fresh meat and could only make these few dishes.
