He Jiahui couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief when she saw He Jiadong leave. Then she said to Lu Xiaoxiao, "Xiaoxiao, I'm so sorry. My brother is just a weird person. Don't take what he said to heart."
"I know, so I let it go in one ear and out the other. I have no idea what he just said."
He Jiahui's face turned pale and blue after hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, but she had no way to refute Lu Xiaoxiao.
So she could only take a few deep breaths, calm herself down, and then smiled and asked everyone to continue with their afternoon tea.

It was around seven o'clock in the evening. When Lu Xiaoxiao woke up, she saw that it was pitch black all around, with only light coming from the sofa. So she sat up and looked towards the sofa, and saw Zhang Xu sitting on the sofa working.
So she said to Zhang Xu: "Turn on the light, otherwise it will hurt your eyes."
After hearing what the little girl said, Zhang Xu put down the documents and pen in his hand, and then said to the little girl: "Are you awake?"
"Um."
"Then get up and wash up. I'll go buy some food."
"Okay, I want some porridge."
"Got it." After Zhang Xu finished speaking, he turned on the light in the room and walked out of the room.
After Zhang Xu left, Lu Xiaoxiao immediately got up from her clothes and went to the bathroom to wash up.
After she finished washing up and saw that Zhang Xu had not come back yet, she lay back on the bed, but this time she did not sleep. Instead, she just let her mind go without thinking about anything.
