Chapter 407 Homecoming (Part 1)
After hearing what Zhang Xu said, Lu Xiaoxiao slammed the table and said, "Well done."
"Raise your hands quickly so I can see." Zhang Xu spoke immediately when he saw the little girl slapping the table so hard.
After hearing Zhang Xu's words, Lu Xiaoxiao looked at him with confusion. Although she didn't know why Zhang Xu asked her to raise her hand, she still raised her hand.

Lu Xiaoxiao was stunned as she watched Zhang Xu's back as he left. She couldn't understand why Zhang Xu suddenly got so angry. Her palms were just a little red and swollen. When she wanted to chase after Zhang Xu and ask him, Zhang Xu had already left.
Lu Xiaoxiao sat back on the sofa with a depressed look on her face. She looked at her swollen palm and patted it with her other hand and said, "I told you to be naughty. Why did you slap the table for no reason? Now you've pissed everyone off."
After leaving the hotel, Zhang Xu drove to the hospital to buy ointment. He really didn't expect that the little girl was so strong that she could hurt her hand so badly just by slapping the table.
Zhang Xu bought the ointment and returned to the hotel. When he saw the little girl sitting on the sofa, gnawing on the braised pig's trotters that Mrs. Fu gave her and scolding him, he burst into laughter out of anger.
When Lu Xiaoxiao heard the laughter coming from behind her, she immediately turned her head and looked back. When she saw Zhang Xu standing there and smiling, she said, "Didn't you leave? Why are you back now?"
"If I didn't come back, how would you know that I am a stingy person in your eyes?" Zhang Xu said after looking at the little girl.
After hearing what Zhang Xu said, Lu Xiaoxiao chuckled twice in embarrassment. She didn't expect that the words she had secretly cursed at him would be heard by him. At the moment, she didn't know what to say to ease the embarrassment, so she had to pick up the pig's trotter in her hand and continue to chew it.
When Zhang Xu saw the little girl picked up the pig's trotter and started chewing it again, he was both angry and amused, so he walked up and snatched the pig's trotter from the little girl's hand, then directly pulled the little girl to the bathroom to wash her hands.
After Zhang Xu washed the little girl's hands and dried them with a towel, he applied the ointment he bought in the hospital on the little girl's red and swollen palms.
Lu Xiaoxiao looked at Zhang Xu angrily ever since his pig's trotter was snatched away by him. It was not until he took out the ointment and applied it on her red and swollen palms that she realized that Zhang Xu left not because he was angry, but to buy her ointment.
"Zhang Xu, I'm sorry, thank you." Lu Xiaoxiao looked at Zhang Xu and said.
After hearing what the little girl said, Zhang Xu said, "As long as you don't hurt yourself in the future, I will forgive you."
After hearing what Zhang Xu said, Lu Xiaoxiao immediately nodded and said, "I will definitely not do this again in the future."
Zhang Xu nodded in satisfaction after hearing the little girl's assurance. Then he handed the ointment to the little girl and said, "Apply this ointment three times a day until the swelling on your palms goes away."
Lu Xiaoxiao took the ointment handed over by Zhang Xu and assured: "I will definitely do as you say. If you don't believe me, you can come and check it out."
"No need to check, I trust you." Zhang Xu reached out and touched the little girl's head and said.
