A few minutes later, Lu Xiaoxiao finished marinating the meat, and then she said to Zhang Yuanyuan, "Yuanyuan, you can put up the copper hot pot now."
"Okay, I'll go right away. You pour some sesame paste and use it to dip the mutton."
"Okay." After Lu Xiaoxiao finished speaking, she took out a bottle of sesame paste from the cabinet, poured it all into a large bowl, added water and started to make the paste.
After she finished pouring the sesame paste, she saw that Zhang Yuanyuan had already set up the copper hot pot, so she said to Liu Ermei, "Second sister, let's bring the dishes to the table and we can start eating right away."
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Liu Ermei said okay, then she picked up the washed vegetables and walked out of the kitchen.
After Liu Ermei left the kitchen, Lu Xiaoxiao also walked out of the kitchen with the prepared sesame paste.
A few minutes later, Lu Xiaoxiao and the other two brought all the dishes to the table. Then they raised their cups of orange soda and clinked them together before starting to eat the meat.
"Wow, this lamb coated with sesame paste is so delicious. This is the first time I eat it like this." Liu Ermei couldn't help but exclaimed after eating a piece of lamb.
"If it's delicious, eat more. I bought a large piece of mutton today. I promise you'll have enough to eat."
"Okay, I won't be polite with you." After Liu Ermei finished speaking, she joined the group eating mutton, because she found that Zhang Yuanyuan liked to eat mutton hotpot as much as she did.
More than an hour later, Lu Xiaoxiao and the other two had eaten and drunk their fill, and then Lu Xiaoxiao asked Zhang Yuanyuan and Liu Ermei, "Do you still have the energy to wash the dishes now?"
"No."
"We'll wash the dishes tomorrow. Let's go back to our rooms and get some rest."
"What about the leftover meat?"
"Cover it with something. It's not too hot right now anyway, so the meat won't go bad even if you leave it out overnight."
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Zhang Yuanyuan went to the kitchen and got a few plates to cover the bowl of meat, and then the three of them went back to their rooms to rest.
Early the next morning, Lu Xiaoxiao was awakened by the sound of talking downstairs. She opened her eyes and looked at the alarm clock on the bedside, and saw that it was already past seven o'clock, so she immediately got out of bed and went to the bathroom to wash up.
After she finished washing and came out of the bathroom, she changed out of her pajamas, opened the door and walked downstairs.
"Xiaoxiao, you're up." Liu Ermei said to Lu Xiaoxiao when she saw her.
"Well, what time are you leaving?"
"Half past nine."
"Isn't that soon?"
"Yes, Liu Biao is here to pick me up."
"Have you had breakfast?"
"I have eaten everything except you."
"Then I'll go eat first and I'll take you away later." After Lu Xiaoxiao finished speaking, she walked towards the dining table.
More than ten minutes later, Lu Xiaoxiao finished her breakfast. Then she looked at the clock hanging on the wall and saw that it was already ten past eight, so she got up and walked upstairs.
When she came down from upstairs, she had a package in her hand. She handed it to Liu Ermei and said, "This is something I gave to Ah Hua. Please help me bring it to her."
"Okay." After Liu Ermei finished speaking, she took the package from Lu Xiaoxiao, then she took out more than fifty yuan from her pocket and handed it to Lu Xiaoxiao, saying, "This is the money I borrowed from you before, and now I'm returning it to you."
After hearing Liu Ermei's words, Lu Xiaoxiao did not immediately reach out to take the money, but looked at Liu Biao.
When she saw that Liu Biao looked normal, she felt at ease and took the money that Liu Ermei returned to her.
