Chapter 5213: Convey the missing person
After taking the thermos bucket from Lu Xiaoxiao, Foreman Xie glanced at the wall clock and saw that it was almost seven o'clock. He stood up and said to Lu Xiaoxiao, "I have something else to deal with, so I'm leaving now. I'll pick you up at your house tomorrow."

At around eight o'clock in the evening, when Lu Xiaoxiao was about to go to bed, she remembered that she had forgotten to tell Zhang Xu that she was going to Hai City, so she immediately went to the study to make a phone call.

"Zhang Xu."
"The boss is not here. What do you want to talk to him about? If it's not urgent, I can help you convey it."
"Then thank you for your help. I have to go to Hai City for a few days. Just tell him about this."

"Then I'll hang up first." After Lu Xiaoxiao finished speaking, she hung up the phone and went back to her room to sleep.
The next morning at around seven o'clock, Lu Xiaoxiao put the dry food she had prepared the night before into her bag, and then tidied up the house. She sat on the sofa, eating snacks while waiting for Foreman Xie to pick her up.
More than half an hour later, Lu Xiaoxiao heard the doorbell ring. She knew that Foreman Xie had come to pick her up, so she put the leftover snacks into the space, then picked up her bag and walked out of the house.
When she opened the gate, she saw Foreman Xie sitting in the passenger seat and waving at her. She quickly locked the gate and sat in the back seat of the car.
After Lu Xiaoxiao sat down, Foreman Xie said to the driver, "You can drive now."
More than ten minutes later, the car stopped in front of the train station. After Lu Xiaoxiao got out of the car, she saw that Foreman Xie was only carrying a briefcase and nothing else.
He asked Foreman Xie, "Second Master, aren't you on a business trip? Why don't you bring any luggage with you?"
"I have a place to stay in Hai City, and the luggage I brought last time is all there, so I won't bring it this time."
"Have you been traveling to Hai City often recently?"
"No, but I go to Haishi when I have nothing to do."
"Why?"
"Looking for someone."
"Who is it? Do you need my help?"
"No, because I don't know if she is still alive."
After hearing what Foreman Xie said, Lu Xiaoxiao fell silent, because at the moment she didn't know how to comfort Foreman Xie.
Fortunately, the train they were on had arrived, so she said to Foreman Xie: "Second Master, the train has arrived, let's go in."
After hearing what Lu Xiaoxiao said, Foreman Xie nodded, and then he walked towards the entrance with Lu Xiaoxiao.
A few minutes later, Lu Xiaoxiao and Foreman Xie got on the train. Lu Xiaoxiao moved uncomfortably a few times before asking Foreman Xie, "Second Master, why don't you buy a sleeper berth? The seat ticket is too hard to bear."
"I want to buy one too, but the sleeper tickets are sold out, so I can only buy a seat ticket."
"Okay, but when we go back to Beijing, if we can buy a sleeper, we'll buy one. Sitting tickets are too tiring."
"I'll have someone buy it in advance."
Lu Xiaoxiao felt relieved after hearing what Foreman Xie said. Then she took out a piece of clothing from the space and put it under her butt, then she felt a little more comfortable.
At around eleven o'clock in the morning, Lu Xiaoxiao saw that everyone around her had started to eat lunch, so she took out the dry food she had prepared from her bag.
Then she handed one of the oil-paper packages to Foreman Xie and said, "It's filled with meat. Don't let anyone see it."
"Okay." After Foreman Xie finished speaking, he reached out to take the oil paper bag that Lu Xiaoxiao handed to him, turned his head and started eating towards the window.
