Chapter 1003: Intolerable (Part 7)
"Erdan, the grass you found is not good." Liu Biao said to them when he saw Liu Erdan and his friends found a pile of hay.
"Why not? The grass is very dry and will catch fire easily."
"What we want this time is smoke, a lot of smoke, otherwise how can we attract people from the village?"
"Oh, right, how could I forget such an important thing? I'll go find some wet grass now." Liu Erdan touched his head and said.
After Liu Biao and his three companions lit the fire and confirmed that the house would not burn down, they climbed over the wall and left Widow Zhang's house. Then, they ran in the four directions of the village as planned, in order to let the people in the village know that Widow Zhang's house was on fire.
"It's on fire... It's on fire... Everyone, go and put out the fire." Liu Biao and his four companions saw that there was a lot of smoke above Widow Zhang's house, so they ran towards Widow Zhang's house while shouting loudly.
When the people in the village heard the shouts of Liu Biao and the other three, they all ran out of their houses. When they saw the smoke above Widow Zhang's house, they hurried home, got buckets of water, and ran towards Widow Zhang's house.
"Liu Biao, why are you guys still standing there like idiots? Hurry up and kick the door open to put out the fire." When everyone arrived at Widow Zhang's house, they saw Liu Biao and his three companions standing at the door of Widow Zhang's house in a nonchalant manner and chatting and laughing. They immediately got angry and yelled at Liu Biao and his three companions.
"You can ask me to kick the door, but who will be responsible if it breaks? I don't have the money to compensate Widow Zhang." Liu Biao said to them after hearing what everyone was saying.
"You don't have to pay for the door, just kick it." The captain heard Liu Biao's words as soon as he arrived at the door of Widow Zhang's house, so he said to Liu Biao.
"Since the captain said I don't have to pay for the door, then I'll kick it open." After Liu Biao finished speaking, he raised his foot and kicked the door open.
The captain saw the door was kicked open, so he said to everyone, "Everyone, go in and put out the fire."
After hearing the captain's words, everyone rushed into Widow Zhang's yard with buckets of water. However, when they arrived at the backyard, they were stunned. It turned out that the reason there was so much smoke coming out of Widow Zhang's house was because the grass she burned was wet.
"Captain, let's go home first." When everyone saw that Widow Zhang's house was not on fire, they prepared to go home.
"Wait, have you seen Widow Zhang?" the captain asked everyone.
After hearing what the captain said, everyone looked at each other and then headed towards the captain.
"This shouldn't be the case. We made such a loud noise that even if Widow Zhang was asleep she would be woken up by us. Can you guys help go into Widow Zhang's room and see if she is at home?" the captain said to the women.
"Captain, the door of Widow Zhang's house is locked from the inside. We can't get in."
"Liu Biao, go help kick the door open."
"Okay, I like doing this kind of thing the most." After hearing the captain's words, Liu Biao walked towards the door of Widow Zhang's house with excitement on his face.
"Bang... Captain, I have kicked the door open." Liu Biao said to the captain after kicking the door open.
The captain nodded when he heard Liu Biao's words, and then he motioned the women to go into the house to see if Widow Zhang was at home.
"Ah... How shameless! This is outrageous! I never thought that Widow Zhang would get together with Liu Zhi! Let's get out of here! I can't stand this any longer."
"What happened in the house?" the captain asked the women who ran out of the house.
