"A mysterious power?"
Xu Xiwang was puzzled.
"There is a mysterious power here," the system said.
"Mysterious power?"
Xu Xiwang's gaze was fixed on the tombstone. His eyes instantly turned red, as if he were drawn in, and his whole being was enveloped by this mysterious power!
Xu Xiwang felt this mysterious power, as if it were beckoning him closer.
Cracks began to appear on the tombstone.
"Click..."
The cracks multiplied, and soon the entire tombstone became a spiderweb-like structure, with cracks spreading from it like a black hole trying to suck Xu Xiwang's soul in!
"System, you son of a bitch, what the hell is in here?!"
Xu Xiwang roared.
"The system is under exploration."
"Holy crap, what the hell is going on?!"
Xu Xiwang was on the verge of tears; his soul was being devoured by this strange tombstone.
Xu Xiwang struggled desperately, but he felt as if his soul was being swallowed up.
He was terrified and hurriedly used his remaining spiritual power to try to concentrate it in his palm and then slam it hard onto the tombstone.
"Whoosh!"
Xu Xiwang's vision was empty. A figure slowly appeared before him, seemingly close at hand, yet also far away.
In Xu Xiwang's sight, the person was dressed in white, standing in the void, looking down upon the vast wilderness.
His features were exquisitely beautiful and his appearance was exceptionally handsome.
Especially her long, narrow phoenix eyes were exceptionally beautiful, making her seem like a celestial being.
The man slowly turned his head, his eyes sparkling like stars, captivating all who looked into them.
Xu Xiwang felt as if she was being drawn into the man's gaze and could no longer look away from him.
His heart was pounding so hard it felt like it was going to leap out of his chest.
Xu Xiwang was shocked, his eyes widening in disbelief. He muttered, "Holy crap, how could a peerless expert be buried in such a small, dilapidated grave?"
The man gently raised his palm, and in the blink of an eye, the Milky Way shattered, the sun and moon reversed, and endless stars gathered in his palm.
The man waved his hand lightly, and countless fragments of stars turned into powder and disappeared.
The man's expression remained completely indifferent.
His hand seemed to possess some kind of magic, making Xu Xiwang feel as if her soul was being taken away by the man.
In the distant starry sky, a colossal demon roared to the heavens, as if it wanted to break through the firmament and destroy the world.
The man lightly tiptoed, gripped a long spear in his hand, and took a step forward that caused the sky to collapse and the earth to split, and the sun and moon to lose their color!
Xu Xiwang felt the scene before him flickering between light and darkness. In a daze, the spear swept across, shattering the void inch by inch, as if it could tear everything apart.
The two stood together, and with a casual strike, stars fell and everything shattered.
They were surrounded by darkness, like a black hole in the universe, devouring everything!
"Now this is what a battle should be! This is the pinnacle of power in the universe!"
Xu Xiwang stared in shock into the distance.
That long roar seemed to pierce through heaven and earth.
That strike seemed to shatter the primordial chaos of the universe!
Xu Xiwang felt a sudden darkness engulf him, as if he were trapped in a dark abyss. His body was bound and he could not move. It felt as if a tremendous force of thousands of pounds was pressing down on him, making it hard for him to breathe!
He felt as if he were an ant, and faced with that terrifying and invincible power, he couldn't even muster the slightest thought of resistance.
At that moment, he suddenly realized how short-sighted he had been.
