Xu Nuo quickly pushed through the crowd of onlookers and squeezed to the center.
I saw Lu Kai grabbing the doctor's hair, and Mu Pingping sitting on the ground pulling the doctor's pants tightly with both hands.
The doctor was Dr. Yao from the cardiology department, a middle-aged man in his thirties, not good-looking, with average skills and an average reputation.
Doctor Yao was so exhausted by the couple's treatment that he held his trouser waist tightly with both hands, fearing that if he let go, his trousers would be pulled off by Mu Pingping.

Neither Lu Kai nor Mu Pingping was willing to let go.
