Chapter 45

Chapter 45

The fire was quickly put out, but there were more people dead in the building than just the three on the ground.

Zhong Ren asked Wang Jue, "Can I take you to the bridgehead by the water? That should be a nice place too."

It paused and smiled, "At least the view will be nice."

Wang Jue nodded: "Okay, then just push me over."

bridge side.

When the two of them arrived here, there was a lot of noise everywhere, as if something had happened. However, it felt like something had happened but it was not serious, because there were still many people watching the excitement and no one was in a hurry to run away. There was even a traffic jam not far away, as if there was no way out.

Zhong Ren looked inside and smiled at Wang Jue, "Oh my, look, something happened. Someone died, but it wasn't murder. Don't you think this is interesting? Let's walk around here and then go to the commercial street to play. If you want to go to the amusement park, I can go with you."

Wang Jue sneered, "I'm not a child, why should I go to an amusement park?"

Jongin shook his head. "No, my friend, that's your stereotype. It's not like only children can go to an amusement park. Besides, there are so many facilities in an amusement park, so it's inevitable that some of them are broken. If they are in disrepair, even if they are not broken, the effect is almost the same. Don't you want to take a look? I suggested this for your sake."

It slowly pushed forward into Wang Jue's wheelchair, the wheels rolling on the ground. Zhong Ren smiled and said, "I thought you would be interested. After all, we have never been to such a place, right? Where are the people dead? There may be more people in the amusement park than in other places. Don't you want to know where the excess is?"

Wang Jue said: "I envy them very much."

Jongin replied, “I know that.”

The mood is the same. Because there is no empathy between different people in the world, but there is empathy between oneself and oneself.

If others don't know what I'm thinking, then is it possible that I don't know it either? Of course that's impossible.

They know clearly in their hearts what they want, what they don't want, what they hate and what they expect. As for love, it is just a casual talk, something to play with, like a toy in a child's hand, a bottle that will pop bubbles when you blow into it. It is ordinary inside and unremarkable on the outside. It only looks better when you put it in the air while dreaming.

It won't be long before the bubble bursts on its own.

It doesn't matter whether it's true or false, because in the end it's all the same.

Wang Jue said: "I hope they all die."

Jongin said, “I know that too.”

The wheelchair came to the edge of the bridge, where there was a stiff, long-dead body.

The police quickly rushed over and asked anxiously: "Who was the first person to discover this scene?"

A man ran away in panic, and everyone in the crowd was in an uproar for a while, looking at Jongin who was pushing the wheelchair. The police walked up to Jongin who was smiling, feeling a little scared. There were people who were not afraid of the horrible and weird corpse, but no one would laugh in front of the corpse and many people watching, as if they had seen something worth being happy about.

The police thought, this guy is really too much. How can he laugh at this moment? If the victim's family saw him, wouldn't they go crazy? Besides, what is there to be happy about? No matter how happy he is, he shouldn't laugh at this moment! What's more, he laughed so happily in such an indescribably gentle way.

It's just a shell! No matter how good-looking it is, it's fake. It's absolutely impossible for it to be truly happy, and it's absolutely impossible for it to be a truly normal person!

The police officer looked at Jong-in warily and noticed that he was pushing an empty wheelchair. He asked in confusion, "What are you doing?"

Following the police's instructions, Zhong Ren's eyes fell on the wheelchair. Seeing Wang Jue still there, he raised his eyebrows slightly in confusion. Wang Jue replied impatiently in a low voice: "I don't want to get entangled with them, so they can't see me. Despair itself is a material but intangible thing, so they can't perceive the existence of despair itself, nor can they perceive the existence of a deep connection with despair."

Jongin laughed and said, "Oh, so you are praising yourself? I didn't realize you like to brag so much."

Wang Jue sneered, "I'm just stating the objective facts. Besides, don't you know? They can't detect me just because I don't want to communicate with them. If I want to contact someone, I can enter another state, just like contacting myself in the room. The person concerned will detect me, but others will not. This is very fun and convenient."

He paused, a little angrily: "You clearly said it! We are out for fun. You brought me here and met the police. This is not out for fun! I don't think there is anything to be happy about. You'd better stop laughing. I don't like you anymore."

Jongin whispered, "Oh, that won't do. I was born with this smile. If you want me not to smile, I'll have to make my face so rotten that I can only cry. Then maybe I won't smile."

Wang Jue said angrily, "Nonsense! Do you think I don't know what happened? You laugh because you want to laugh, and you don't laugh because you don't want to laugh."

Jongin smiled and said, "Since you know, why do you keep asking me questions like this? You keep saying meaningless things over and over again."

Wang Jue was choked for a moment and sneered, "Hmph, don't be complacent. This is not an easy problem to solve. If you are willing to hang out with them, I can't control it, but that doesn't mean I don't have any opinions. You think you can go wherever you want, maybe that's the case, but if you think I must listen to you, that's impossible. You want to take me to the police station, I don't want to!"

Jongin said, "I didn't invite you to go. Aren't we still discussing it? Who said we were going to go? Why are you in such a hurry?"

Wang Jue sneered, "You decide. I'll just ask you a few questions like this, and you might go in someday, or you might go in on your own. Don't try to fool me."

Jongin said, "I don't think that way. I usually just do it."

Wang Jue smiled and said, "You are capable and great, just go ahead, and if something happens, don't involve others!"

Jongin shook his head, "That won't work. We're all here together, how can I be the only one going? If I go to prison, everyone else has to stay in jail for a night before they can leave! Otherwise it's unfair, and if it's unfair, I won't be happy. If I'm unhappy, I want others to be unhappy too, like you. Anyway, someone can't escape."

Wang Jue said, "That's none of my business. Go find whoever you want!"

Jongin said, "You don't need to remind me of this, I know it too."

Wang Jue said: "I was just afraid that you didn't know."

Jongin said, “How come?”

He smiled and said, "However, if you are willing to compliment me, I will still be happy."

Wang Jue was almost angry out of shame, and asked with a red face: "Who complimented you? Don't talk nonsense!"

Jongin pretended to be confused: "Aren't we just talking to ourselves the whole time? How could there be other people here? Who else could you talk to?"

Wang Jue felt as if a bucket of cold water had been poured over his head. He gritted his teeth and decided to remain quiet, lest he turn into a ball of flame in the physical sense and burn in front of everyone. He restrained his expression and sneered, "Whatever you want."

It stopped talking.

Just when the police were about to lose their patience, Jongin looked up, smiled at the police, and explained his situation in a gentle and polite manner, "I'm sorry, I was talking to a friend just now and didn't pay attention to you. What do you want? Just ask directly. I still have a little time, but I need to deal with other things as soon as possible."

The policeman was caught off guard by his attitude. He opened his mouth and looked at the wheelchair again, as if he was hiding something. Jongin showed a look of understanding and asked with a smile, "What do you think of this wheelchair? You can't buy it outside. This belongs to my friend. Only my friend can use it. I can't give it to you."

The policeman was stunned for a moment and shook his head: "No, that's not what I wanted to ask."

He paused, and then said, with a desperate look, "Is it really impossible to buy this wheelchair outside?"

Jongin nodded. "No, you can't buy it outside. Even if you do, it's definitely not this. To be honest, no matter how much the manufacturer imitates it, it can't get the same thing, because this is special. No matter how similar the appearance is, there are differences inside."

The police suddenly became curious: "What's the difference?"

Jongin smiled and asked, "I don't mind continuing to answer questions, but are you sure you want to ask me this next?"

The policeman came to his senses and said, "Oh, sorry, I do have something else to ask you. Were you the first person to find the body?"

Jongin said, "No, but when I approached here, there was no one else near the body. Everyone was standing outside and watching. I was the one closest to the body."

The police nodded and asked, "Can you repeat the circumstances of your discovery of the body before we arrived?"

Jongin replied, "Sure. I was pushing my friend's wheelchair to hang out with him. I came here and saw it was busy, but I didn't expect to see a body."

He paused, revealing a slightly sad expression: "We didn't want this to happen, but human life is so fragile, there is really nothing we can do."

Wang Jue sneered, "You are amazing. You acted so affectionately that someone who didn't know would have thought you two knew each other before."

This is a bit sarcastic.

But after listening to what Zhong Ren said, the police asked curiously and doubtfully: "Did you know the deceased?"

Jongin shook his head.
