"Why are you here?" Li Zhenhua frowned.
"Chief Li, we need to take your wife back to assist with the investigation."
"Are you sure you're bringing my wife?" Li Zhenhua asked in surprise.
Yu Huimin, who was chasing after him, was also startled when she heard this, even though she didn't know what these people did.
"Why are you taking me away? I'm not going anywhere." She then looked to her husband for help.
"Commander Li, your wife is connected to an enemy agent we are investigating, so we need to bring her back to assist in the investigation."
In fact, if Li Zhenhua hadn't held such a high position that Sun Guangming and his group couldn't easily take action against him, they might have taken Li Zhenhua away as well.
Although Li Zhenhua finds Yu Huimin disgusting, he can't bring himself to let someone take away his wife like that.
“Old Li, I’m not going with them, Old Li.” Yu Huimin grabbed his sleeve.
"Who is your leader? I want to see him."
The leader gave a few instructions to one of the men next to him, and that man quickly ran away.
They remained deadlocked for the time being.
Sun Guangming's subordinates wouldn't allow Li Zhenhua and his group to take Yu Huimin away, and Li Zhenhua also wouldn't allow them to take Yu Huimin with them.
However, their stalemate didn't last long before someone appeared.
Wearing traditional Beijing-style cloth shoes and with his hands behind his back, Sun Guangming walked over step by step.
Upon seeing Sun Guangming, Li Zhenhua was shocked. "It's you."
He naturally remembered the man who claimed to be his son's uncle and had hit him.

"It's me, you're surprised?"
“You’re using your position to settle personal scores!” Li Zhenhua suddenly said.
Sun Guangming's expression immediately turned cold.
"You're so muddle-headed that you use your position for personal gain; I can't learn your good ways."
"You!" Li Zhenhua exclaimed angrily.
Sun Guangming looked at Li Zhenhua, then at Yu Huimin, and laughed.
"Some people would better open their eyes wider, or they'll lose their jobs. I've seen them, and I'm taking them away." With that, he gestured with his chin to his subordinates.
Those people immediately walked up to Yu Huimin.
As she was being dragged along by the arm, Yu Huimin struggled. "Old Li, Old Li, save me!"
Li Zhenhua fell silent; Sun Guangming's words had still had some effect on him.
He was also afraid that Yu Huimin might get involved in some serious matter again, so he decided not to take the lead before investigating the matter thoroughly.
Since he didn't say anything, the guards naturally didn't do anything.
Just as Sun Guangming was about to leave, Li Zhenhua suddenly called out to him.
"Wait, the enemy agent you're talking about, isn't he named Lu Chenggong?"
"Oh? You have information about him? You can provide it to us." Sun Guangming looked over.
Oh no, it really is that man.
Taking a deep breath, Li Zhenhua replied, "I'm not familiar with him. If I had known, I would have contacted you."
After saying that, he left in a hurry.
Watching his hasty retreat, Sun Guangming wore a mocking expression.
Li Zhenhua now understands the meaning behind Sun Guangming's words.
If Lu Chenggong is indeed an enemy agent, and his wife has a close relationship with him, then if I can't clear my name, my current position is truly in jeopardy.
