After deciding to settle accounts with Zhao Qinglan later, the brother-in-law suddenly put on a smiling face towards Sun Shengli.

The brother-in-law was about to nod when he suddenly frowned. "Who are you?" His brother-in-law was following behind this man; could this guy be some important figure? Thinking this, his rationality returned. He stole a glance at the deputy director and saw his brother-in-law, who was usually so kind to him, looking at him like he was an enemy.
"Did everyone hear what this person just said?" Mr. Cheng looked at everyone present.
The police chief gritted his teeth and stepped forward. "Secretary, it was our mismanagement. We will definitely give the leaders an explanation for this."
Zhao Qinglan was very surprised to see Cheng's father appear.
She also considered Cheng's father, but felt that she had only met him once and they weren't very close. So she thought she should approach Sun Shengli first, since the new store wasn't officially under the military's name, but it was still a branch of the military-civilian joint venture.
