Jiang Manyue and Wang Baozhu took a bus to the next town in the evening and arrived there at night.
There are not many guest houses nearby, so for convenience I chose one close to the station.
The guesthouse in the 1980s was not luxurious, and the white walls and red wooden doors looked a bit old.
There was a sign hanging at the gate with big red letters reading: Friendship Guesthouse.
"Squeak, squeak!" The light bulb flickered, looking a little eerie in the night.

This guy is clearly trying to take advantage of the situation. It's so disgusting.
She snatched the room key, turned around and quickly left with Wang Baozhu.
The man stopped smiling and stared at the two of them for a long time.
The room was at the end of the corridor, and she opened it and went in quickly.
"Click!" The door to the next room opened.
Qin Zhenbei looked at the closed door next door and his eyes became gloomy.

She turned off the lights and was about to go to bed when suddenly a pungent smell of cigarette smoke rushed into her nose.
She felt familiar with the smell and immediately turned on the light in the room subconsciously.
