Chapter 281: Child Abuse Exposed, the Evildoer Files Complaint First

The flesh on his face was shaking, and he was about to grab Chen Zhigang's ears fiercely.

He cursed in his mouth: "You little bastard, I told you to feed the pigs and you shirked your duty."

"Where the hell have you been these past few days? Have you washed your brother's diaper?"

"You're just like that damned mother of yours. If I don't teach you a lesson, you'll know who you are."

"Come over here and die. If you don't finish your work, you won't be allowed to eat tonight."

Her ferocious expression made her look like an evil capitalist who exploited the people.

"What are you doing? Stop it!" Qin Zhenbei grabbed her hand and shouted coldly.

"Ah!" She screamed suddenly, grimacing in pain: "What are you doing?"

"Who the hell are you? How dare you attack me!"

When she saw Qin Zhenbei's military uniform, her expression froze for a moment.

"Aunt!" Chen Xiaofang hid behind Jiang Manyue: "I, I'm here to find my mother."

It turned out that this was the brother and sister’s great aunt, Wang Wenqing, who was indeed as fierce as they had described.

Qin Zhenbei pushed her away fiercely: "Do you know where Liu Guifen's body went?"

Upon hearing this, a look of panic appeared on Wang Wenqing's face.

"You, what are you talking about? How am I supposed to know where that woman's body is?"

"Liu Guifen has been dead for several days. She must have been buried long ago."

"You're talking nonsense!" Chen Zhigang immediately retorted, "Mom hadn't been buried yet when we left."

"You said she's not your family, so don't expect you to spend a penny."

"How come she was buried in just two days? Where was she buried?"

Looking at the woman's expression, it was clear that she knew the inside story.

"Tell me quickly, where is Liu Guifen's body?" Jiang Manyue stepped forward and asked.

Wang Wenqing hesitated, "Who are you? Who told you to meddle in other people's business?"

Qin Zhenbei revealed his identity: "I am Chen Gengsheng's superior. I am here to bury Liu Guifen."

"What?" She suddenly realized what was going on and saw his military uniform. "Are you Chen Gengsheng's superior?"

"I, I don't know where Liu Guifen is, you guys should leave quickly!"

She suddenly changed her attitude and was about to kick them out.

"No, I won't leave!" Chen Zhigang rushed over and pulled her: "Aunt, where is my mother?"

"Give our mother back to us. Where did you bury her?"

The two children held her tightly and refused to let go, which made her so angry that she started kicking them.

"Get away, you two little bastards, I don't know!"

"What are you doing?" A low voice came from behind him.

The middle-aged man came over carrying luggage and tools, and his face looked grim when he saw the commotion.

"Uncle!" Chen Zhigang looked at him and complained aggrievedly.

"Mom is missing. I don't know where her coffin is."

"What?" Chen Gengnian came back exhausted and was confused when he heard such words as soon as he arrived.

"What happened? I rushed back as soon as I heard my sister-in-law had died."

A few years ago, he received a call from Chen Zhigang, saying that Liu Guifen had died of illness.

He had been working outside to earn money since the New Year, but was delayed because he was in a hurry to finish a batch of furniture.

I wanted to come back during the Chinese New Year, but I couldn't make it back because the roads were blocked by heavy snow.

I just bought a train ticket after the Chinese New Year, and heard this news as soon as I arrived.

"Captain Qin!" After Chen Gengnian met Qin Zhenbei, the group arrived home.

Wang Wenqing looked nervous and quickly picked up the brown paper envelope on the table as soon as he entered the room.

He hurriedly stuffed the money into his pocket and began to cry.

"I was busy taking care of the kids every day, so how could I know where Liu Guifen died?"

"It's so shameless of these two to bring them along to cause trouble."

"I helped raise the child, and now I'm the bad guy."

Before anything else could be said, Wang Wenqing started to blame others and felt aggrieved.

"Okay, I know you've worked hard!" Chen Gengnian was helpless and felt sorry for the two children.

"Zhigang, Xiaofang, tell uncle what's going on."

It can be seen that his attitude towards his wife is different, and he seems to still care about his two nephews.

"Uncle!" Xiaofang rushed over and hugged him crying, "Uncle, auntie won't give us food."

"She made my brother and I sleep in a pig shed. When our mother died, she said she didn't care and kicked us out."

"My brother and I just went to the provincial capital to look for Uncle Qin, and when we came back we found that Mom was missing."

Seeing him blurt out everything at once, Chen Gengnian's face instantly turned cold.

He turned to look at Wang Wenqing: "What's going on? Is what Xiaofang said true?"

Now that this little bastard has someone backing him up, he actually dares to say anything.

"That's not true. Don't listen to these two liars."

She directly complained: "When did I kick them out? I can't do anything about my brother's wife dying."

"I can't make decisions on such important matters as funeral arrangements and burials on my own."

"I was waiting for you to come back before making a decision. Who knew they would run away on their own?"

"No, it's not!" Zhigang shook his head vigorously: "Uncle, it was really Auntie who drove us away."

She yelled angrily, "You little bastard, you're just as full of lies as your mother!"

Chen Gengnian brought his child home half a year ago and left the child to his wife to take care of when he was busy on weekdays.

I had never heard of such a thing before, and instead began to feel confused and hesitant.
