Jiang Xun leaned against the window, raising an eyebrow and glancing sideways at him, "What brilliant idea do you have, Mr. Yan?"
Yan Shaoqin licked his lips, a surge of anger welling up inside him. Ignoring Fu Jinnian in the driver's seat, his voice was slightly hoarse: "Have you confirmed your relationship with him?"
Fu Jinnian, who remained anonymous throughout, raised an eyebrow, thoroughly enjoying the spectacle.
He was then kicked on the back of the chair by Jiang Xun.
She then said, "No."
Yan Shaoqin smiled upon hearing this answer.
He reached inside, scooped her out with one hand, and before closing the door, gave Fu Jinnian a not-so-friendly smile, "Mr. Fu, Miss Jiang is staying here tonight. Goodbye."
Bang!
The car door was closed, and Fu Jinnian, with one hand on the steering wheel, turned his head to look at Jiang Xun, who was almost forcibly dragged into the villa by the man.
Before entering, she turned around and winked at him playfully.
Fu Jinnian chuckled.
He returned to the Jiang family home alone, just as Jiang Chu was still awake.
Seeing him return alone, she asked in surprise, "Why are you alone? Where's Xiao Xun?"
"Uncle Chu, what do you think of President Yan?"
Jiang Chu was puzzled: "Young and promising, with good character. What's wrong?"
"Nothing much, you can give A-Xun her dowry now." Fu Jinnian said this and walked back to the client, leaving Jiang Chu looking completely bewildered.

Upon entering, Jiang Xun and Yan Shaoqin stumbled and fell onto the sofa.
Both of them had been drinking, and it felt like they were reliving their first night together.
Jiang Xun's consciousness was hazy, and the crystal chandelier swayed in her vision. Her fingernails left scratch marks on the man's back.
"You like that man?"
Yan Shaoqin's voice seemed to come from a very far place, and it took her a long time to realize who 'that man' was.
She almost laughed.
If Fu Jinnian knew that Yan Shaoqin didn't even have a name here, who knows how long he would hold a grudge.
She was amused by herself, but didn't notice the man's eyes suddenly darkening.
Until everything spiraled out of control...
She felt as if she were a small boat adrift on a raging storm, floating and sinking.
It took her a while to realize what was happening after the man's violent actions.
"Isn't it inappropriate to mention other men's names in bed?" She grabbed the man's strong arm and couldn't help but laugh out loud.
Yan Shaoqin pinched her cheek and stared straight at her: "Jiang Xun, do you like him?"
Jiang Xun gave a lazy "hmm".
How could I not like my own brother?
It's just a sibling-like affection.
Yan Shaoqin asked, "Then what are we?"
"Let's call it a win-win situation," Jiang Xun said slowly, drawing out his words.
Yan Shaoqin didn't say anything more.
A night of absurdity.
The next morning, when Jiang Xun opened her eyes, she saw the man standing alone on the balcony making a phone call, a smile on his lips, his eyes reflecting the warm morning light.
She turned over, propped her head up, glanced at him for a moment, then got up, dressed, and left on her own.
After Yan Shaoqin finished making the phone call and returned to the room, he found that the person on the bed was gone again.
He was silent for a few seconds, then laughed in exasperation.
What a heartless bastard who turns his back on you once he's done with it.
This was the first time he had ever hoped that Jiang Xun would ask him to take responsibility, but the woman showed no reluctance whatsoever and always left decisively.

For a full two weeks, Jiang Xun did not reappear.
She's away on a business trip.
She didn't send Yan Shaoqin a single phone call or message for half a month, but Yan Miao would send her a video every few days.
Yan Shaoqin would occasionally appear in Yan Miao's shots by accident, but Jiang Xun maintained the agreement of not knowing him in public but secretly having an affair with him, and never asked him a question.
Yan Miao would always mention him, but Jiang Xun didn't react much.
Besides, during this period, Yan Shaoqin didn't know what was wrong with Jiang Chu, but he kept causing trouble for him every few days.
Previously, they would address him as a talented young man and politely call him "President Yan." Later, they started calling him by his name directly, and every time they saw him, they were very displeased with him.
And every time, Fu Jinnian was with him.
Yan Shaoqin suspected that it was Fu Jinnian who complained to Jiang Chu.
"Mr. Yan, what do you think?"
At a dinner party, Jiang Chu was having a normal conversation with someone else when he suddenly called out Yan Shaoqin's name.
The latter snapped out of his daze, enduring the strange looks from everyone in the private room, and said somewhat bewilderedly, "...Mr. Jiang is right."
Jiang Chu glanced at him sideways, his gaze mirroring Jiang Xun's at times.
"So, Mr. Yan also knows that, as a man, the most important thing is to have a sense of responsibility."
Yan Shaoqin: "...Yes."
After the dinner party ended, Yan Shaoqin reluctantly called Jiang Chu back.
"Mr. Jiang, I have something I'd like to discuss with you."
Jiang Chu snorted through his nose: "There's nothing to talk about."
They just left.
Everyone around Yan Shaoqin felt embarrassed for him.
Liang Muchuan sidled up to him with a cheeky grin, "President Jiang seems to really dislike you, what did you do?"
Yan Shaoqin remained silent.
What else can it do?
Miss Jiang slept with him.
But clearly, in Mr. Jiang's eyes, he was the one who had messed with his precious daughter.
Yan Shaoqin asked, "Do you have any cigarettes?"
Liang Muchuan handed him a cigarette.
Just as he lit the cigarette, Jiang Chu returned and caught the two men smoking in the corridor.
Yan Shaoqin subconsciously tucked the cigarette into his hand and hid it behind his back. Liang Muchuan, not understanding why, followed suit and hid it as well.
Like two middle school students who have just secretly learned to smoke and have just met their teacher.
Liang Muchuan realized what was happening and was stunned.
