Meeting a Rival

Meeting a Rival

In fact, Mu Han had already vaguely guessed where Lu Zhizhi was going, but he chose to pretend not to know because he was afraid of losing Lu Zhizhi.

Today's breakfast was extremely sad for Mu Han. Just as she was about to finish her meal, tears began to flow uncontrollably.

He cried for a long time, as if he wanted to vent all the grievances. After crying, he used up his last bit of strength to walk into the bathroom, slowly washed away the tears on his face, and then walked listlessly to the garage and drove to work.

Mu Han came to the place he loved most - the studio he founded with his love for painting.

When Mu Han walked to the door of the studio, a neatly dressed, pretty girl, holding a cup of coffee, said nervously, "Brother Han, what's wrong with you? Did something happen? Don't scare me."

Mu Han didn't respond to Luo Wanghan's question and walked straight into his own room. He stared at the portrait of Lu Zhizhi on the drawing paper in front of him and was stunned.

Luo Wanghan put down her work and walked to the door of Mu Han's room. She hesitated for a moment, knowing that Mu Han must be worried. Normally, Mu Han was a person who loved painting and was never late for work, but today was the first time Luo Wanghan had seen Mu Han late since she arrived here.

Luo Wanghan thought about it again and again, and finally knocked on the door gently a few times and walked in slowly. Mu Han looked up and saw Luo Wanghan holding a candy in his hand and handing it to him. At this moment, Mu Han could no longer hold back and tears burst out.

Luo Wanghan quickly put the candy in Mu Han's hand and said nervously, "Brother Han, please stop crying. If you do this, I will cry too."

As he spoke, Luo Wanghan really started to cry. Seeing this, Mu Han smiled unconsciously, reached out and touched Luo Wanghan's head, and said gently: "You."

Seeing that Mu Han's mood had eased a little, Luo Wanghan said happily: "Brother Han, don't cry, have some candy."

The two looked at each other and smiled. Mu Han said gently, "I want to be alone, okay?"

Luo Wanghan said with a worried look on his face: "Then you must think more positively. I'll come to see you at noon, okay?"

Mu Han smiled at Luo Wanghan, and Luo Wanghan walked out of the room a little uncomfortably. Mu Han was the only one left in the room, and he fell into a long period of contemplation.

Before he knew it, it was noon. Mu Han suddenly remembered that Lu Zhizhi had said that he liked the food he cooked, so he quickly got up, opened the door and walked out. Luo Wanghan saw him and asked, "Brother Han, where are you going?"

Mu Han didn't respond. He walked to the underground garage and drove home. After arriving home, he carefully prepared a meal and drove to Lu Zhizhi's company without stopping.

At the door of Lu Zhizhi's office, Mu Han knocked lightly a few times and then walked in. However, he found that there was not only Lu Zhizhi in the office, but also another person, whom Mu Han had seen on Lu Zhizhi's phone.

Mu Han said to Lu Zhizhi with a gentle look, "Azhi, I made you your favorite braised pork."

However, Lu Zhizhi didn't say anything. At this moment, Bai Zihan reached out and tugged at Lu Zhizhi's sleeve, coquettishly saying, "Azhi, do you like braised pork? This is so greasy and fatty, it doesn't taste good at all."

Lu Zhizhi remained silent. Seeing this, Mu Han looked at the food in his hand, put it down gently, and said softly: "If you don't want to eat now, then eat later. I have something else to do, so I'll leave first."

Mu Han had just walked out of the office when he heard Bai Zihan's voice coming from inside: "Look, this room is full of the smell of braised pork. It makes me almost vomit."

Then, Mu Han heard Lu Zhizhi throw the braised pork into the trash can. A pang of pain pierced his heart, and he hurried to a deserted corner, where he burst into tears again. Tired of crying, he returned home in a state of despair. Lu Zhizhi didn't come back all night.

The next morning, Mu Han had just gotten out of bed when his phone rang. The caller ID showed an unfamiliar number, so Mu Han answered the call.

A familiar voice came from the other end of the phone: "Hello Mr. Mu, I'm Bai Zihan, let's meet at noon!"

At the entrance of the coffee shop, Mu Han hesitated for a moment before slowly walking in. He saw a man in white clothes sitting at the innermost table. It was Bai Zihan. Mu Han walked over quickly.

As soon as Mu Han sat down, Bai Zihan said impatiently: "I came here today to ask you to leave Ah Zhi."

Mu Han asked expressionlessly, "Did Ah Zhi say that?"

Bai Zihan said confidently, "Don't you understand yet? Is it because Ah Zhi likes you to wear white clothes, eat strawberries, and do things you're not used to? You're just a substitute for me. I advise you to be sensible and leave him as soon as possible. If you force me to do anything, you'll regret it."

…………

Mu Han dragged his exhausted body back home and sat on the sofa waiting for Lu Zhizhi to come back. After waiting for a long time, he thought that Lu Zhizhi might not come back today. Just as he was about to go upstairs to sleep, the door suddenly rang. Lu Zhizhi pushed the door open, glanced at Mu Han, and said, "I'm hungry, go cook for me."

When Mu Han heard this, a hint of joy flashed in his eyes, and he quickly asked, "Do you want to eat braised pork?"

Lu Zhizhi replied expressionlessly: "All is fine."

...After the meal was ready, Mu Han carefully brought the food to the table, and Lu Zhizhi picked up the chopsticks and started eating.

Mu Han hesitated for a moment and asked cautiously, "Azhi, what is your relationship with Mr. Bai?"

Lu Zhizhi picked up a tissue from the side and wiped his mouth, then said impatiently, "We are just friends, not the kind of relationship you think. I'm done eating."
