Chapter 168 I won’t stop you from going anywhere

She was madly trying to pounce on Yan Sidi, as if she were her most hated enemy, wanting to devour her flesh and blood. The sea, with its impassive expression, kept her away, preventing her from reaching Yan Sidi. She went on like this for nearly a minute before finally settling down, plopped down on the floor, and sobbed, accusing Yan Sidi of being unfilial.

"How could you do this? That's your father."

"I raised you up, why did you want to hurt me?"

"I have nothing left."

“…”

Yan Sidi listened numbly to her mother's voice, slowly closed her eyes, and after a moment, opened them and whispered, "I want to leave here. Please help me block this person."

After saying that, he turned and walked towards the elevator.

Dahai followed in a flash, holding the girl's slender wrist with his big hand.

Yan Sidi frowned: "Let me go."

"If you want to go, I'll go with you, but the bag you're carrying is still in the ward." Dahai reminded in a steady voice.

Yan Sidi blinked. Yes, her bag was still there, and all her things were inside. She took a deep breath, and her whole body felt softer. She let Dahai pull her back to the ward and get the bag.

When walking out of the room, Zhang Xiuli got up from the ground and tried to grab Yan Sidi, but Dahai raised his hand to separate them. Yan Sidi, trembling all over, hid behind Dahai.

"You...you...I won't let you go...No matter where you run, I won't let you go." Zhang Xiuli stared at Yan Sidi, who was hiding behind Dahai, with the most vicious look in her life.

Yan Sidi silently shed two lines of clear tears and turned away from looking at Zhang Xiuli. Perhaps she was too sad, which caused her legs to be weak and powerless when she walked. Just as she was about to stop and slow down, Dahai had already held her back with one hand and passed the other hand through her knees. He picked her up and walked quickly into the elevator and pressed the down button.

When they reached the first floor, at Yan Sidi's request, Dahai put her on the ground. The next second, Yan Sidi turned around and left. She had the strength to run, but a car drove over and blocked the road. She had to stop because Zhang Xiuli's inexplicable appearance cast a shadow on her. Seeing the car parked in front of her, Yan Sidi instinctively ran behind Dahai and hid.

Dahai's lips curled slightly. He recognized this car. It belonged to his boss.

"Dahai, why did you bring her out? She's not well yet." Yan Nuo got out of the car and walked to them with an anxious look on his face, complaining a little to Dahai.

Dahai told Yan Nuo about Zhang Xiuli's visit to the hospital, and Yan Nuo was shocked: "How did she know Sidi was here?"

"Maybe we were seen by someone we know." Otherwise, there is no other reason. Zhang Xiuli cannot be smart enough to find the hospital on her own, otherwise, she would not be knocked unconscious by Yan Haisong and thrown into the suburbs in the middle of the night.

"Since Zhang Xiuli has found this place, let's quickly move to another place. Sidi, come with me and stay at my place for a while. I'm currently living at Genting Highlands, where only the owners can enter. Zhang Xiuli can't."

Yan Nuo tilted his head and spoke to the person hiding behind the sea, his tone as if he was coaxing a child.

"I know you're scared and sad right now. I won't ask you anything, nor will I bother you. I just want to give you a safe place. After this period of time, when you've adjusted your mood, I won't stop you from going wherever you want, okay?"
