Yu Qi took out his wallet from his pocket, and then took out the phone number of the competition organizing committee that he had previously written down from his wallet. He picked up the receiver, rotated the dial, and waited quietly for the other party to pick up the phone.
The telephone network in Country E is very developed. Unlike in China, you don't need to call the post office first to transfer the call. Instead, you can call the other party directly.
