The man was of ordinary height and appearance, the kind that you wouldn't be able to spot in a crowd. No one knew how he had managed to stay by Su Qingyun's side without being discovered.
"What's your name?" Su Qingyun didn't ask any other questions.
"Lin Lu." The man named Lin Lu spoke clearly and crisply, "Miss Su, is there anything I can help you with?"
Su Qingyun hesitated for a moment, then finally stated his request, "Can you help me find the exact location of my second brother, Su Congwen?"
All she could think of was to ask the people around her to protect her. Su Qingyun knew that he would definitely find a way to find out Su Congwen's whereabouts.
Lin Lu's expression didn't change much, and he didn't seem surprised by her request.
He replied sternly, "I'm sorry, Miss Su, this involves military secrets. I can't agree to your request."
Su Qingyun felt a little disappointed, but it was also within her expectations. After all, Su Congwen's position was related to strategic deployment and certainly could not be disclosed to outsiders.
"But..." Lin Lu changed the subject, "I can tell you whether he is safe."

Su Qingyun said casually: "It's stuffy in the room, I went out for a walk."
Qin Ying didn't think much about it and nodded. The atmosphere at home had been too heavy these days, so it would be nice to go out for a walk.
"Has Second Aunt eaten yet?"
"No." Speaking of this, Qin Ying sighed again, "Your second aunt is really upset this time."
In the past, no matter what her mother-in-law Wu Guixiang said about Zhang Xinlan, she always looked full of energy. Qin Ying had never seen her look so listless as she did now, and she felt uncomfortable seeing this.

Zhang Xinlan's eyebrows trembled, and her lifeless eyes finally showed some color. She stretched out her calloused hand and tightly grasped Su Qingyun's hand, as if she had seen a savior, "Really?"
She hadn't spoken for a long time and her voice was so hoarse that it was unbearable to hear.
"Really." Su Qingyun nodded heavily, "There will be news soon."
"Second aunt, please get up and eat something. I'll tell you as soon as I get the news." Su Qingyun advised her, "Otherwise, I'm afraid your body will not be able to bear it before I get the news from Second Brother."
Zhang Xinlan hesitated for a moment, then struggled to sit up and said, "Okay, I'll eat."
If someone else told her these words, she would not believe it, but since Qingyun told her these words, she believed that Qingyun knew so many important people and must have a way to find out about Congwen.
She needed to eat something so that she could properly hear Congwen's news.
Su Qingyun was overjoyed to see that she finally gave in. She quickly called out to the outside, "Second Aunt wants to eat. Bring it in quickly."
The people outside who were frowning were stunned, but Su Congwu was the first to react and ran in with a bowl of porridge that had been warming in the pot.

Su Congwu looked at Zhang Xinlan sitting on the bed with surprise, and his face brightened up a little. He brought the porridge to Zhang Xinlan.

Su Congwu and Su Qingyun both breathed a sigh of relief. As long as they were willing to eat, there shouldn't be any big problem.
After dinner, Zhang Xinlan regained some strength and actually came out of the room to say hello to everyone. The whole family felt a little relieved.
"Yunyun, what did you say to your second aunt?" Qin Ying pulled her daughter aside and asked.
She was very surprised. No one in the family tried to persuade her, but it was useless. Yunyun went in and said a few words, and her second sister-in-law seemed to come back to life.
"I just tried to persuade her." Su Qingyun didn't tell anyone about what she had asked for. After all, she hadn't gotten any definite information yet. "I guess Second Aunt has come to her senses."
Qin Ying still felt that something was wrong, but he couldn't explain why, so he could only give up.
Su Qingyun returned to her room and waited for Lin Lu's reply. In the evening, someone knocked gently on the window of her room.
She was instantly startled and couldn't wait to open the window. It was Lin Lu. He stood by the window and whispered, "Miss Su, I have contacted the front line. Don't worry, your second brother Su Congwen is safe now and his location is relatively safe."
