Su Qingyun looked at the person who hurried in, his eyes widened, "Why are you here? Have you finished your work?"
"No." Ji Yue wiped the sweat from his forehead. "I asked for a leave of absence, just two hours."
"Then hurry up and sit down to eat. Don't delay any longer." Qin Ying greeted him quickly and brought him a bottle of soda. "Drink some water."
"Thank you, Auntie." Ji Yue finished a bottle of soda in a few gulps and breathed a sigh of relief.
"Eat some food." Wu Guixiang picked up a piece of food for him with chopsticks, feeling a little distressed. "You're already so busy, why don't you run around so much?"
"It's okay, Grandma Wu." Ji Yue smiled. "It's only two hours. It won't delay anything."

Su Aimin didn't dare to say a word after being scolded by his mother.

Su Qingyun and Ji Yue went out, and they could still hear Wu Guixiang saying in the back, "How old is the child? Why are you still so protective of him?"
The two looked at each other and smiled.
On the way back to the research institute, Su Qingyun suddenly smiled.
"What are you laughing at?" Ji Yue asked.
"Nothing." Su Qingyun shook his head. "It just feels like we're always sending each other off. Either you send me off, or I send you off."
Ji Yue also chuckled, "Parting is for a better reunion."
"You're right." Su Qingyun laughed.
"However, I won't be able to take you to the train station tomorrow." Ji Yue said apologetically, "I can't leave for tomorrow's experiment."
"It's okay." Su Qingyun smiled, "We're not competing with each other. It doesn't matter if we miss one."

Su Qingyun tilted her head and looked at Ji Yue's profile. His features were clear and stylish, with a smile at the corners of his eyes. He looked rarely relaxed and happy. She knew that he was happy that Uncle Ji and Aunt Qiu were back.

The two of them walked slowly until they arrived at the entrance of the research institute. Ji Yue looked at the time and it was almost time.
