Final remarks!
After typing the three words "The whole book is finished", Ershe felt mixed emotions.
This book can be said to be the one that Ershe is most satisfied with so far. Those who have followed along all the way know that the book’s performance was not good at the beginning. It was discontinued in the second round of trial and failed to advance to the third round. It was really difficult at that time. I won’t say much about my mental journey, but I gritted my teeth and persevered in the end.
The result was pretty good. After two weeks of not promoting it, it was finally successfully recommended again, and then it was PKed with Xiaolaba, Sanjiang and Qiangtui. Many of my author friends were really shocked at the time.
After all, a book that can be on Xiaolaba, Sanjiang, and Qiangpu didn't make it to the third round at the beginning. Isn't this bullshit? After it was put on the shelves, the first 24-hour subscription was not very good, not even 2,000, but the main feature of this book is that it has strong staying power. From the time it was put on the shelves to the completion of the book, the book's performance has been on an upward trend. It has been written to 2.27 million words, and the 24-hour subscription has remained at 3,400+, which can be said to be very awesome.
Here, Ershe would like to express his sincere gratitude to Abiao for his continued subscription and support. Without your support, this book would not have achieved such great results.
With such high and stable subscriptions, it is no exaggeration to say that this book really has tens of thousands of subscriptions. Originally, the book was not going to be finished so soon, and there would be at least hundreds of thousands of words to be written later. Unfortunately, due to some irresistible reasons, it had to be completed hastily, and ultimately it could only stop at eight thousand words, which is really a pity.
However, basically everything that needed to be explained was explained clearly, and I think the book is well done and has a good ending.
This book is the only one of Ershe's two works that landed smoothly since he entered the industry for so many years. The first one was his debut work "Rebuilding for a Hundred Lives", but that book only had more than one million words, half the number of words of this book. In addition, it was written in the old time of 2008, so it has no reference value.
So, to be precise, this book should be the only one of Ershe's works that has not lost subscriptions from the beginning to the end. The writing of these 2.3 million words has taught Ershe a lot. After absorbing the writing experience of this book, I believe that the next book will achieve better results.
The new book will definitely be published after the New Year, and the subject matter will still be period literature. Which period do you like? Do you like older or younger protagonists? Or if you have any suggestions, please feel free to let me know. Ershe will definitely take them into consideration and try to write another new book that you will like.
Finally, thank you all again for your support, and we’ll see you next year!
