Chapter 1001 Information Cocoon

Stepping out of the opulent hotel, the midday sun was quite dazzling. Everyone who walked out of the hotel had to look up and glance at it, feeling somewhat dazed after just one short morning.

In those few hours, Lu Feng opened a door for them, a door they had never dared to imagine. A poor person struggling to make ends meet, whose biggest concern every day is how to get through the week, suddenly one day a successful person tells him that he doesn't have to live like that, and that in the near future he will have no worries about food and clothing.

In an instant, life seemed less heavy, and hope returned.

Hope, the most expensive thing in the world!

For someone whose life seems endless, a glimmer of hope is like a raging fire in their heart.

Louise carefully put away the vouchers, glanced at the child in her arms, started the car—which was probably not much younger than her—and sped towards the fast food restaurant. She had to go for a job interview as a hospital caregiver that afternoon.

A man in his thirties, dressed in a gray tracksuit, sat in the car, still reflecting on everything he had just experienced. He had to admit that he had been influenced.

"How could this happen? Shouldn't he be selling goods?"

The man muttered something to himself, looking somewhat incredulous, but still took out his phone and dialed a number.

At Beco Electronics, the phone rang in the general manager's office. George answered, "This is George. What's up?"

"General Manager, it's me. Jiafeng Electronics' first event has concluded."

"Well, what did you find?" George asked casually, leaning back in his chair.

"Uh... my hand is a little numb!"

"Why are your hands numb? How many products did they sell? Or was there any media present at a product launch?" Paul pressed.

"There was no media, not a single one, and no products. He taught everyone how to make money, stood on the stage for two or three hours, and said so much, but in summary, it seems like there was nothing of substance. He gave everyone a £20 voucher, and there will be more in two days!"

"Issuing vouchers?" George was stunned. What was going on here?

After confirming it several times, George had no choice but to accept the reality: a man from the East had traveled thousands of miles to give out vouchers to poor people. What kind of spirit was this?

This matter is not only puzzling to Beko's executives, but also to Sean. If it were a group of people with purchasing power today, given the emotions that Lu Feng stirred up, they could definitely sell a lot of products.

Backstage, everyone was packing up, some paying their bills, others tidying up. Lu Feng sat in a chair smoking, surrounded by Manager Li and Manager Liu. The event had cost a total of 50,000 pounds, roughly 500,000 to 600,000 RMB.

The number of people present today is more than 800, which is the maximum capacity of this venue. The price per person is more than 60 pounds.

The relevant data was all handwritten in their notebooks. Lu Feng glanced at it and said, "Just make a table when we get back. We can lower the price per person a bit more, around fifty pounds would be best. If we can get it below fifty, then we'll make a killing!"

Manager Li and Manager Liu exchanged a glance upon hearing this, both stunned. A huge profit?

What did you earn?

Today, I threw away 50,000 pounds and didn't even make a profit.

The two didn't dare to ask any more questions and could only nod. If President Lu said it was a profit, then it was a profit.

Sean walked over from the side, staring at Lu Feng as he took a puff of his cigar. He had a feeling that this young man was either a genius or a complete idiot, with no middle ground, because a normal person wouldn't do something like what happened today.

Lu Feng felt his gaze and looked up, asking, "How did you feel about what you saw today?"

"How should I put it, I feel like you're a woman." Sean stared at Lu Feng with a slight frown.

After translating, the blond-haired man looked at Sean, wondering what he meant.

Lu Feng laughed and asked, "You don't understand?"

“I really don’t understand, but I admit you’re very eloquent and a master at twisting concepts. I just want to know, what exactly are you trying to do? These people are really poor,” Sean asked with some curiosity.

“Look at you, you have the typical mindset of a traditional businessman. You only associate with whoever has money in their pocket. Sometimes, you should also consider the feelings of the poor. When you really take care of the poor, they will create value for you.” Lu Feng stood up and patted Sean on the shoulder. “To be frank, I came here to open the eyes of you traditional business consultants and professional managers.”

The site had been mostly cleared, and Lu Feng headed towards the door. The Rolls-Royce had already driven away, and everyone boarded the bus to go back.

Sean and the other two stood there watching Lu Feng smoke and walk out the door, his back view very dashing. The guy with the high nose bridge didn't understand what was said earlier and asked Sean, "Do you think he's sick?"

"I don't know. If we fail, we're the ones who're crazy. If we succeed, then we're the ones who're crazy." Sean said to the two of them, "Go back."

On the bus, Li Xiaosi put on a big coat and sat in the back row, next to the three technically skilled women. Only the middle seat of the four people was left on the bus.

Lu Feng got into the car, and everyone glanced at the situation inside. The young man in the front seat, wanting to curry favor, quickly stood up and said, "Mr. Lu, please sit here!"

Manager Li quickly pressed him down into his seat and said, "There's another seat in the back."

“It’s alright, Mr. Lu, please sit here, I’ll squeeze in,” the young man offered.
