Hermann seemed to understand Lu Feng's thoughts and felt more confident. He looked at Lu Feng and said, "I've always thought Lambert was no good. They're investors, and all they care about is money. They have no human touch at all. What do you think, Mr. Lu?"
"You've finally said something sensible." Lu Feng raised his head and affirmed to Herman, "I really don't like him. Back then, I asked him for a valuation of 10 billion. Isn't Jiafeng worth that price?"
“Of course it’s worth it, but that’s how Wall Street does things, very domineering, that’s normal for Americans!” Sean chimed in from the side.
“No! Jiafeng isn’t worth that price!” Hermann’s words startled everyone at the table.
"You look down on me, don't you? You think I'm not worth the price?" Lu Feng was taken aback by his words.
“Jiafeng is definitely not worth this price, but Mr. Lu is certainly worth more than that. With his connections in Europe alone, I believe he can create at least hundreds of billions in wealth in the next ten years,” Hermann said, staring intently at Lu Feng.
The people present were all stunned when they heard this. Sean and Elmi never dreamed that a big shot like Herman would flatter Lu Feng in so many different ways.
"You're absolutely right! Come on, cheers!" Sean quickly raised his glass, realizing what was happening.
The atmosphere at the dinner table instantly became more harmonious. After a glass of wine, Lu Feng said to Hermann, "I have always admired Siemens. My biggest dream is to build a company like Siemens. But I have always felt that no matter how big a company is, it cannot be arrogant. Arrogance is the beginning of death, whether it is for an individual, a company, or even a country."

“No problem, not at all.” Lu Feng smiled, picked up his wine glass, stood up and walked to Herman’s side. He put an arm around Herman’s shoulder and said in a low voice, “I just want to leave. A lot of people don’t want me to leave because it’s not in their interest. This is a win-win situation for both of us.”
“I mainly wanted to mentor you as a friend. I was wrong about what happened before.” Hermann looked up at Lu Feng and said, “Now can you tell me how much equity Nokia is willing to offer?”
Seeing that things were about to go through, Elmi said, "Three point nine percent of the shares!"
The 3.9% ratio is just right. According to Nokia's board rules, only those who own 4% of the shares can join the board. Otherwise, the shares are traded on the secondary stock market. Since Nokia is not listed, there is no secondary market.
Hermann frowned slightly. If he couldn't get a seat on the board of directors, he might be ostracized by the major shareholders. Lu Feng clearly saw his worry and said in a low voice, "Don't worry. Hermann hesitated upon hearing this. Their global sales channels were vast and valuable, and exchanging them for less than four percent of Nokia's shares wouldn't be a loss, but it wouldn't be a significant advantage either.
“No, we have sales outlets covering nearly two billion people worldwide. Given Nokia’s current situation, it’s unlikely we can acquire sales channels over such a large area.” Hermann thought for a moment and said, “If it’s limited to a few European countries, that’s not a problem.”
