Deputy District Chief Li was dumbfounded. He had never seen anything like this before. It was as if the person was about to hit him. Suppressing his anger, he said, "This is a good thing for you. It's just a good opportunity to promote the city."
"Then let's promote it. What's the point of all this? When they come, they can have a meal, take a stroll, and look around. Isn't that enough? Why gather all these engineers together? Should I fly a plane to bring them over from overseas?" Lu Feng threw the folder in his hand on the table and said, "Either follow my plan, or you can handle the reception yourselves."
