Chapter 14 Formal Production

Around noon, the first batch of canned goods was ready, and people began bottling them. Lu Feng took a deep breath as he watched the enthusiastic crowd, thinking to himself that the market demand was huge and he was so close to becoming rich overnight.

"Is Mr. Lu here?" someone asked at the door.

Lu Feng turned around and saw Zhou Hao, and hurriedly said, "I'm here."

"Something came up today that held me up; it was about the shipment we were talking about yesterday," Zhou Hao reminded him.

“I know, let’s go outside and talk!” Lu Feng said as he went outside. According to his understanding of the market, canned goods are mainly sold through supply and marketing cooperatives and small shops, where payments are quick.

Zhou Hao was a little confused. According to this logic, he wouldn't be at all at risk. Moreover, grain in rural areas was worthless, and many people would exchange it for other things by the bagful.

"Boss Lu, you said it yourself. I have more than a dozen brothers. You're only selling a bottle for two cents?" Zhou Hao stared wide-eyed, somewhat incredulous.

Lu Feng nodded. A two-cent commission was indeed a lot, but in the early stages, they had to offer discounts to ensure sales, and besides, he was still making a considerable profit!
