"Tell the security captain to figure it out himself, or just resign!" Zhang Fengxia put down her pen and said, "Tell the management that everything is normal in the company now, and if you don't want to stay, then leave."
Zhang Fengxia has said these words countless times during this period.
Jiafeng Electronics has a highly capable management team, which is widely recognized in the industry. At this time, poaching its employees is definitely a very worthwhile move, especially for small factories.
The factories that have been setting up stalls to recruit workers at the gate recently are not large factories, but small factories with three to five hundred employees. They make low-end televisions, many of which are pirated. They produce industrial waste and then slap on the names of major brands to sell them.
At its peak, there were over thirty factories like this blocking the entrance to Jiafeng Electronics, recruiting people. It was utterly humiliating.
Zhang Fengxia asked the security guards to drive the people away, but the factory owners all had some money. They would give the security guards a small bribe, and the guards would simply ignore it. The security guards had been replaced several times over.
Calling the police was useless. When the other party saw the police arrive, they picked up their belongings and left. The police left, but returned a short while later.
He's a complete scoundrel!
"Workshop director, two thousand a month, as long as you can bring Jiafeng Electronics' production specifications to our factory, I guarantee two thousand a month, no less than a year, understand?"
"The head of the marketing department, who has local market resources, has a guaranteed monthly salary of 800 yuan, plus a commission of 30 yuan per unit sold!"
The atmosphere was filled with cheers and shouts, creating the illusion of a job fair.
The security guard just stood there watching coldly. He was just there to coast along. Many people at Jiafeng Electronics had the same mentality; they were all waiting for the factory to go bankrupt.
A short while later, the factory gates opened, and a large group of people walked out, mostly ordinary employees, with some middle and lower-level managers mixed in.
Some people walked towards the restaurant, while others stood in front of the job posting and looked at it.
A man in his thirties, bald, wearing a floral shirt and exuding a somewhat thuggish air, walked up to one of the job postings, glanced at it, and asked, "Do you have market connections? You guarantee a minimum of 800 a month?"
"Brother, we can talk, what are your skills?" The boss, a fat, middle-aged man with a gold bracelet on his wrist, stood up and asked, "What level are you?"
"The head of the marketing department, responsible for the local market," the man said, standing there with his hands on his hips and shaking his leg.
"Let me see your employee ID!"
"Damn it, would I lie to you here?" The man, slightly annoyed, pulled out his employee ID from his pocket and threw it on the table, saying, "See for yourself!"
The boss picked it up and glanced at it. It read: "Wang Jiuzhi, Supervisor of Sales Group Nine, Marketing Department!"
"Oh my, it really is! I misjudged you. So how many do you want? Let me tell you, my factory isn't small, it has over four hundred people. If you go there, you'll be in charge of the marketing." The boss patted his chest and assured him, "I'll make you the manager."
"Brother, come work for me, I'll make you CEO!"
“You could be the chairman of the board.”
"Stop trying to fool me with those empty titles. Just tell me how much it costs. I'm here to work, understand?" Wang Jiuzhi said, touching his bald head.
"Wang Jiuzhi!!!"
A furious shout came from behind, startling many people who turned around to look. A square-faced man in his forties walked over angrily, staring at Wang Jiuzhi and yelling, "What are you doing?"
"I'm in a bad mood, I don't want to do this anymore, okay?" Wang Jiuzhi continued shaking his leg.
"The company has treated you well for so long, what's wrong with me saying a few words to you? If I really wanted to get rid of you, I would have reported you. You come out here to apply for a job, do you even respect me?" the man scolded.
"This garbage company will go bankrupt in a couple of days. Who wouldn't want to work for them? Stop yelling at me like that. Let me tell you, don't think you're so great just because you're a year ahead, understand?" Wang Jiuzhi cursed angrily.
"Hey, we're hiring, so please get lost, understand?" the boss said.
"Security? Where's the security guard?" the man shouted at the guards. "Can't I get your attention?"
The security guard turned around and leaned against the wall to continue eating sunflower seeds.
"Why are you calling security?" The boss slammed his hand on the table and shouted, "Go and call Zhang Fengxia out if you dare! I'm setting up shop right here, and you don't even bother to find out who I am? You son of a bitch, I own a factory, why would I be afraid of a mere deputy manager like you? Get the hell out of here!"
The square-faced man's face turned purple with anger, and many of the surrounding bosses burst into laughter.
A car was parked on the side of the road, but everyone's attention was focused on the beef, and no one noticed.
"Damn it, don't even mention Zhang Fengxia, even if you call Lu Feng out, see if I don't slap him in the face!" Fatty Niu said smugly, "In a few years, my factory will be even bigger than this, you believe me?"
The car door opened, and Lu Feng stepped out, saying in a deep voice, "Lu Feng is here. Try it!"
