The car door had already opened, and five or six people got out. Secretary Cui stepped forward and said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

The group approached, and Wang Jinshu introduced them: "This is Vice Mayor Liu of Shenzhen, who is in charge of private enterprises."
