I arrived at the factory at four o'clock in the afternoon. The sound of machines could be heard, so it seemed to have started operating. I went to the office first, but couldn't find anyone. After asking around, I found out that they were in the workshop.
When Lu Feng arrived at the workshop, he saw the workers sitting at their desks, busy at work. Jiang Xiaoyan rolled up her sleeves and watched from the side, her hands still covered in black oil and her hair disheveled. She looked exactly like a repairman.

"She's in the office having meetings, busy with market strategy."
"Let's go!" Lu Feng grabbed her hand and walked towards the conference room with a gloomy expression. Wei Yandan, who was following behind, also clicked her tongue in disbelief. No matter how small the factory was, there was no reason for the boss to go down to the front line to do the work while the general manager held meetings in the office. Wasn't this blatant bullying?
Lu Feng arrived at the conference room door and kicked open the dark red wooden door. The people inside who were having a meeting were startled and looked towards the door.
"Mr. Qian, it's not appropriate for me to have my wife go to the workshop to repair machines while you're holding a meeting here!" Lu Feng glared angrily at Qian Nana!

Jiang Xiaoyan is a kind-hearted person. She always wants to please everyone and always tries to see things from the other person's perspective.
She led Wei Yandan inside and introduced her to Qian Nana. The two shook hands and said they would take good care of each other, but they both knew in their hearts that the other was not someone to be trifled with.
Qian Nana was a scoundrel in a small factory, while Wei Yandan was a golden phoenix in a large enterprise.
Lu Feng has his own standards for corporate management, especially for the management team. He almost had a heart attack after taking a walk around the factory; it was a complete mess.
In the end, they had no choice but to leave. Jiang Xiaoyan could do whatever made her happy. Before leaving, she gave some instructions on production safety, telling them not to cause any deaths due to improper production practices.
It wasn't until after 7 p.m. that Jiang Xiaoyan and Wei Yandan returned together. The two chatted and laughed, and it was clear that Wei Yandan was very capable in interpersonal relationships, at least handling Jiang Xiaoyan's level with ease. For several hours, she kept calling her "Sister Xiaoyan".
After finishing his meal, Lu Feng went to the villa next door, sat down, and asked, "How's the situation?"
