As the graduation ceremony ended, the crowd did not disperse; instead, they all craned their necks to look in this direction. First, a host went up to warm up the atmosphere.
"Please wait a moment, everyone. It's a pleasure to meet you all on this occasion. Congratulations on your successful graduation. I'm sure you've all heard about us from the school. Please turn your chairs around so you can face our stage."
Are you a state-owned enterprise or a private company?
"Yeah, what organization is it?"
"What are the standards? Are there any academic credit requirements? Where do I work? How much is the salary?"
One question after another came rushing in, and the host was a little flustered. He said, "Please have a seat, everyone. We will answer your questions in a moment. Today's event is a lecture and a job fair at the same time. We have invited a famous dream master to guide you on your future path in life."
School staff helped maintain order at the scene, and it quieted down after about ten minutes. More than two-thirds of the people stayed, while those who left had basically already decided where they were going, and some were even already at work. They came back to pick up their diplomas and attend a ceremony.
"Now, let's give a warm round of applause to welcome our dream master, Mr. Lu Feng!"
The applause was sparse and intermittent, suggesting a lack of genuine interest.

Lu Feng's voice was strong and clear, every word was spoken through gritted teeth, and he was incredibly excited and energetic!
The advantage of speaking in this way is that it has a kind of oppressive effect on students. Faced with this almost commanding tone, they dare not question too much and quickly keep the scene quiet.

"The woman's hand was bleeding, but she dared not cry out, for fear of offending him. The girl lay on the ground crying and shouting, 'Please spare my mother! She's bleeding! She's bleeding!'"
"The sound was heart-wrenching, audible throughout the entire building, but they just watched coldly, telling the woman, 'You're no good, your skills will never be good enough, you're just trash in front of us!'"
Lu Feng's voice became excited, and his eyes were already red. Everyone present was stirred up, and some of the girls even had tears in their eyes.
Some people took off their glasses to wipe away tears, while others clenched their fists, feeling a surge of anger in their chests.
