Chapter 43: Perhaps a miracle will happen?

Both parties wrote it down in black and white, not only signing it but also pressing their fingerprints, making two copies, which was extremely formal. After Gao Zhiwei put it away, he said, "Anyway, my future is completely ruined. You said you would pay me according to my previous salary, which is 230 a month."

"Two hundred and thirty? Are you robbing me?" Big Head shouted.

Lu Feng gave Da Tou a look to shut him up, and then said, "Okay, let's have breakfast together early in the morning. I'll tell you about the situation at the factory."

Lu Feng knew that if you were going to let someone do it, you had to tell them everything. He knew that you should trust people you employ and not employ people you don't trust.

Gao Zhiwei felt a chill run down his spine as he listened to the story. This factory had just started operating, but it had already reached the point of bankruptcy. It was practically a desperate attack on the end of the road.

Inside the office, Gao Zhiwei stared at Da Tou, as if he had seen a ghost ever since he learned that Da Tou was in charge of finance.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Big Head was a little annoyed by the stare.

"How much money does such a big factory have in its accounts right now?" Gao Zhiwei asked incredulously.

Big Head pulled out his ledger and said earnestly, "There's still 47,265.43 yuan left!"

"Developing a market requires advertising, which costs money. Besides, what about employee salaries?"

"There are still 26 days until the employees get paid, no rush!" Lu Feng said calmly.

"Where are the raw materials? They're all overdue?" Gao Zhiwei felt like he had met a group of geniuses, all of them were incredibly talented, especially Lu Feng, who was the most talented of all.

Da Tou said something that Gao Zhiwei found earth-shattering!

"If you can get credit, then do it. If they won't let you, then let Brother Feng cheat someone else." Da Tou looked at Lu Feng with admiration.

"A factory, lacking everything, with powerful external enemies and a bunch of idiots inside!" Gao Zhiwei scratched his head, sighed, and clasped his hands in a fist salute to Lu Feng, saying, "My apologies, I'd better go back."

"Don't go! Trust me, in less than two months, you'll have everything, money will be flowing in like water," Lu Feng urged.

Gao Zhiwei looked at Han Dong and Da Tou, who seemed to believe Lu Feng's words without a doubt. He really admired Lu Feng; he was definitely a master at brainwashing.

In his eyes, a company in this situation should basically declare bankruptcy. Little did he know that this situation was far better than before.

"If I remember correctly, there's a local snack company that doesn't get along with you."

“Wanyuan Foods is nothing special, only worth a few million, just a small business. You’ll stay for two months.” Lu Feng said sincerely, “If I go bankrupt, I’ll pay you your salary and buy you a train ticket first.”

Gao Zhiwei nodded in agreement. He just wanted to see how this person went bankrupt. He had already waited for so many days, so what was a few more?

"Da Tou, bring over yesterday's products and talk to General Manager Gao about the packaging and market issues!" Lu Feng said to Da Tou.

In the office of Wanyuan Foods, Ren Qianbo looked rather grim. He threw the newspaper on the table and said unhappily, "What can these trashy newspapers write about? How's Lu Feng's factory?"

"Production has started, but the products are still not out. I had a meal with a few of the employees, and they were all making our products."

Liu Biao is the general manager of Wanyuan Foods, but he has a relatively low profile, and Ren Qianbo handles most things on his own!

"I don't feel like we're very competitive, so we don't need to worry about it too much."

"Even a lion uses its full strength to hunt a rabbit. Starting tomorrow, we'll lower market profits and give concessions to those end-users. We won't give them a chance to enter the market. They'll die on their own in a few days. A little loss doesn't matter. How about canned goods?"

"It's pretty good. The daily profit is around 15,000 yuan. However, the fruit in the village is all gone, so we have to stop for the next couple of days. Using greenhouse fruit would be too expensive."

"Then let's stop!" Ren Qianbo, looking exhausted, waved his hand and said, "I'll rest for a while."

Gao Zhiwei looked at the snacks on the table, not noticing anything special about them, and the taste was just so-so. He said, "Just these few?"

“Yes, let’s start with consumer psychology.” Lu Feng brought up yesterday’s question again.

"You understand consumer psychology?" Gao Zhiwei asked, somewhat surprised.

Lu Feng glanced at him but didn't say anything. Gao Zhiwei analyzed for a while and said, "If you want to go out into the market, you have to differentiate yourself from competitors, especially for small shops. Children around ten years old are most prone to impulsive purchases. The packaging needs to be eye-catching, and bright colors can make children see it at a glance and increase exposure."

Lu Feng breathed a sigh of relief. One Gao Zhiwei was stronger than ten Da Tou and Han Dong, so he wouldn't have to work so hard.

“Go on.”

"I'm done talking, I have no more ideas!"

“Wanyuan uses large packaging, so we'll use small packaging. Every penny a child has is money. As for the packaging, we'll follow Mr. Gao's suggestion—make it eye-catching. Kids not only want it to taste good, but it also has to be fun. What are some popular cartoons lately? Make some stickers or characters and put them inside. Then, we'll hold an event where they collect a certain number of items and give out money or something!”

Gao Zhiwei was increasingly dumbfounded as he listened. Although he said it casually, after a little thought, he realized that the packaging, marketing, and playability of this product were simply unbeatable.

"This is your idea?" Gao Zhiwei was somewhat incredulous. He felt that such a meticulous plan required a very professional team.

Even with his thick skin, Lu Feng was too embarrassed to admit that this was his own idea. This classic process wasn't created by a single company, but rather by everyone adding their own little touches, resulting in the final model.

Lu Feng simply took this model, which would seem outdated twenty or thirty years later, and to Gao Zhiwei, it was nothing short of amazing.
