Chapter 433 is interesting.

People at the scene began to whisper among themselves. Lu Feng's eloquence was an eye-opener for everyone present, and the key was that he was not at all nervous in unfamiliar situations.

When people are on someone else's turf, they naturally want to give them face. If they are made to lose face, no one will be happy.

"President Lu? Is that right?" a man in his forties asked.

Lu Feng glanced at the man and nodded, saying, "Didn't you hear me just now? Why are you asking? Who are you?"

“I am the chairman of Hailun Financial. This is a financial forum, mainly for discussing stock trading, not a place for you to run wild. If you have nothing else to do, you may leave,” the man said, dismissing him.

"You hosted this banquet? I came with an invitation. Whoever invited me should ask me to leave. Who do you think you are?" Lu Feng showed him no respect and retorted, "Coming to a place like this to gather stock market information, you're not some high-end stock market player. Don't you guys like to compare who's richer? How much are you worth?"

Lu Feng's words make sense. The stock market is all about information asymmetry. A few people who know information that others don't can make money by preparing in advance.

This kind of financial feast is more like a vegetable market. Although you can find out some inside information, it is extremely limited. Most of it is just information that is already widely known.

It's not that this CEO is short of money, but rather that he's not a high-level player in the stock market and hasn't entered the circle of experts.

The man wanted to use his wealth to overwhelm Lu Feng, but Lu Feng claimed to be worth billions and was the richest man in mainland China. Although this was unverifiable, he certainly had the aura to back it up.

He doesn't actually have a net worth of 10 billion, not even including valuation.

Those present felt humiliated, being overshadowed by a mainland Chinese guy; the feeling of being stifled was like having a lump in their throat.

“You said it yourself, this is a place to discuss stock trading. You don’t buy stocks, so what are you doing here?” a man next to him said.

"Who said I'm not buying? You know I'm not buying?" Lu Feng sized up the man and said, "Does one have to buy stocks to get in?"

"Then why don't you buy it? I recommend one to you, Tianzheng Trading. There's a lot of selling right now, so it's a good time to buy in large quantities. You're not short of money, are you? If you buy this stock, you'll make money in no time!" another man next to him said.

Many people around him laughed when they heard him say this. Tianzheng Trading was his company, and its stock had recently plummeted. He couldn't find anyone to take over, so he came here to fool fools.

"Is that so?" Lu Feng stared at him with a forced smile. The other party was putting him on the spot. If he didn't buy, it would mean that he didn't have enough money or that he wasn't rich enough. All his boasting earlier was just a joke. But if he bought, he would really be a fool. He was in a dilemma.

"Yeah, didn't you say you had too much money to spend? Let me recommend a stock to you!"

"Then I can consider it. May I ask how many shares of this stock are currently available?" Lu Feng asked earnestly.

“Three hundred million shares, of which one hundred million are held by the company. At its peak, each share was worth HK$1.26, but now it only costs HK$0.26.” The other party stared at Lu Feng and said.

Not to mention Lu Feng, everyone around him laughed when they heard about the stock price. This wasn't a rebound from the bottom; it was a total loss!

"In other words, the stock price was only worth 400 million at its peak." Lu Feng shook his head, looking down on it, and said, "It's not interesting. Even if the stock price rose to its peak, I wouldn't make much money. I have a bad habit when it comes to spending money. I either become extremely rich or beg on the streets. I just enjoy the thrill."

"They probably don't have the money to invest, yet they're still talking big."

"Exactly, let's smash one down and show them what's what!"

"They talk a good game, but they won't spend any money!"

"He's probably just a good-for-nothing who couldn't make it on the mainland, so he came here pretending to be a rich man." Tang Zhongren took the opportunity to take two steps forward, staring at Lu Feng provocatively, "President Huang said that he has 300 million shares of Tianzheng Trading. I'll invest half, and you invest the other half. Do you dare?"

Those present nodded in agreement upon hearing Tang Zhongren's words, agreeing that it was a good idea.

"Do you dare? What's the point of bragging? You look down on Young Master Tang for being poor, right? Come on!" The CEO of Tianzheng Trading stepped forward to provoke Lu Feng.

Such a simple provocation almost made Lu Feng laugh out loud; these two were definitely going to put him in a difficult position.

Zhuang Yuntian and Sister Wu stood silently to the side. Zhuang Yuntian didn't care; he was happy to see Lu Feng make a fool of himself, since he had been thoroughly humiliated by Lu Feng over the past year.

“Mr. Lu…” Sister Wu couldn’t help but speak up, wanting to help him out of the predicament.

"President Wu, this is not your place to speak. Don't think that just because you have billions in wealth, you have the right to speak in front of me without my permission!" Lu Feng turned around and stared at her, coldly shouting.

Mr. Wu... Mr. Wu?

Sister Wu was stunned. What? Billions of yuan!

"Excuse me, one of my junior executives doesn't know the rules and interrupted!" Lu Feng looked at General Manager Huang and asked, "How long have you been running this company?"

Fourteen years!

"You've built a company like this in fourteen years? Your abilities are really terrible. I could have just casually played around with it." Lu Feng cleared his throat and suddenly raised his voice, "I graduated from Harvard Business School three years ago. After returning to the mainland, I was thinking about doing something. So I took some money and casually started a food company. In just one year, it was worth a billion!"

Everyone in the room was skeptical when they heard this. A market value of one billion in just one year?

Let alone the mainland, this is a miracle even here. Moreover, in their eyes, the mainland is so poor that they can't even afford to eat, let alone run a business.
