Chapter 587 Am I a living ancestor?

Faced with this situation, the lobby manager was helpless. These rich kids were the most difficult to talk to. They were rich and powerful, and ordinary people could only avoid them. Even if they ran into the company's CEO, he was familiar with their parents and would basically not make things difficult for them.

This also contributed to their arrogant and domineering personality.

A man in his forties with a buzz cut walked over. Judging from his demeanor, he held a high position. He asked the lobby manager, "What's wrong? Why is it so noisy!"

"The guests in this private room........."

The lobby manager recounted the whole story and said to the man, "Mr. Li, what should we do? We can't afford to offend either side."

The waiter came out of Lu Feng's private room and whispered to the lobby manager, "The guests asked them to keep their voices down, which is seriously affecting their communication. Otherwise, we'll file a complaint."

"Who are those young masters here?" Mr. Li asked.

"They seem like big shots; they drive sports cars, each one worth over a million!" The lobby manager's words were clear: if they were just a bunch of young punks, he would have dealt with them long ago; they wouldn't be allowed to act so lawlessly here.

"Who's the CEO in that private room?"

"They were in their thirties who booked the private room. I didn't know them, but they were very easy to talk to. Even though the room was taken, they didn't say anything and just changed us to the room next door. They didn't seem like any important people," the lobby manager guessed.

Upon hearing this, Mr. Li understood that the lobby manager was definitely well-informed and knew a lot of big shots, but she wouldn't care if they were just small business owners.

"Tell them that we've already communicated with them, and there's nothing we can do. We'll leave the problem to them to solve," Mr. Li instructed.

The waitress pushed open the door and went in. When President Du saw her come in, his face was already full of gloom. He was particularly unhappy about this dinner. He originally wanted Lu Feng and President Zou to experience dinner and karaoke, but he didn't expect to lose face like this.

"Can't you even handle this simple matter? Didn't I tell you to bring your manager in?" General Manager Du snapped at the waiter.

The waiter was under pressure from both sides and felt extremely wronged. Before he could even open his mouth, tears the size of soybeans streamed down his face, and he couldn't utter a word.

Lu Feng advised, "Alright, let the lobby manager in."

Lu Feng's words were drowned out by the howling singing from next door. A hint of displeasure appeared on his face. General Manager Zou could sense that General Manager Du was embarrassed, so he said, "It's getting late, let's call it a day. Let's meet again another day."

"No, I have to go ask. Taking up a private room is one thing, but this is just bullying people." President Du stood up, hiccuped, and walked towards the door.

As soon as I stepped outside, I saw the lobby manager standing there. I went up to him and questioned, "What are you doing? Didn't you hear how noisy it was next door? We came here to eat, not to listen to their howling."

"Sir, the door is already closed, and we've already tried to communicate with them, but there's really nothing we can do. You can try to communicate with them yourself." The lobby manager pushed the problem back to them.

Mr. Du was already embarrassed, and these words from the lobby manager made him even more furious. He rolled up his sleeves and yelled at the lobby manager, "Where is your manager? I'm going to file a complaint against you!"

“I am the person in charge of this restaurant,” Mr. Li said, stepping forward.

"So you are him? Let me ask you, when you come out to eat, with this noise from next door, how can you eat?" Mr. Du asked, pointing to the private room next door.

"Sir, it's like this, the guests in this private room are quite distinguished, we can help you change to a private room further away." General Manager Li offered a solution, saying, "We can give you a 20% discount."

Mr. Du had never felt so humiliated before. Was the private room next door more prestigious?

Then who is he? He just went out for a meal and was discriminated against by capital. The key is that President Du always thinks he belongs to the noble group. He is capital!

"I don't care about any 20% discount. What do you mean they're 'prestigious'? I'm just out for a meal, and you're dividing me into different classes?" Mr. Du said angrily, pointing to the private room next to him. "Are they the upper class?"

"We didn't say that. If you insist on staying in this private room, you can negotiate it yourself." The lobby manager seemed to say, "You think you're so great? Go and solve it yourself."

Furious, Mr. Du walked to the door of the private room, pushed it open, and shouted, "Can't you be quiet? You're disturbing others, you know?"

With a loud shout, the private room fell silent. The men and women inside looked at him. Their faces were full of youthful vigor. The air in the room was thick with the smell of alcohol.

The gaunt man stared at President Du and said, "Did this bother you? Go find the lobby manager, why are you yelling at me?"

"I'm just bothering you, so what? Close the door right now!!"

"I told you to close the door, or don't blame me for being impolite."

Several boys had already drunk quite a bit, their faces flushed with alcohol, their expressions arrogant, pointing their fingers at President Du as if they were about to start a fight at the slightest provocation.

Mr. Du was surprised by the arrogance of these young punks. He said in a deep voice, "You want to fight me? Come on, try touching a single hair on my head today. I've been wasting my years here. I can crush you with money!"

"Trying to kill me with money?"

"Ha ha ha ha!"

The gaunt man walked to the doorway, flung the door open, and asked Mr. Du, "How much money do you fucking have? Do you even know who I am?"

A few boys stood nearby, staring at President Du with mocking expressions. They loved playing this game, making these middle-aged men bow their heads in front of them.
