Mr. Zhang looked towards the door, somewhat impatiently, and said, "What happened? Can't you handle things at the counter yourselves? How many times have I told you, we must nip most problems in the bud at the grassroots and middle management levels. Are you fighting again?"
"Yes, they did fight."
Mr. Zhang threw his pen on the table, took a deep breath, and said, "You expect me to handle fights too? Are you expecting me to deal with every argument and fight among our thousands of stores nationwide?"
"No, it was General Manager Lu who led the attack and beat up the person in charge and several tellers."
"What?" Mr. Zhang exclaimed. Lu Feng actually led people to fight in person? Is this a fight? This is a slap in the face! They hadn't received a call from him for days, but this was the response they received.
After a brief respite, Ms. Zhang's expression turned grim. In her view, Lu Feng's failure to call Elmi and soften his tone was already excessive, and this was a slap in their face.
In Mr. Zhang's view, Lu Feng's move was a show of force against them, and if they didn't suppress him, he would only escalate his actions.
"Mr. Zhang, should we talk to the two foreign executives about this?"
"No need, I'll handle it!" General Manager Zhang stood up and said, "Prepare a car for me, and have the person in charge of the subordinates come with me."
Within minutes, six or seven people set off in two cars.
The mall was getting crowded, and the security guards, fearing it would cause unnecessary trouble, cordoned off Jiafeng's counter with barricades, but people still stopped to watch.
Ms. Zhang got out of the car and led her people inside in a hurry. A young girl blocked her way, but the man in front of her pushed her aside.
"What are you doing?" the little girl exclaimed, and seeing the group of people walking in aggressively, she dared not speak again.
Ms. Zhang was dressed in a suit, her long hair flowing freely. Her eagle-like eyes were fixed straight ahead, and her frosty expression reflected her mood. Her strides were unstoppable at this moment.
She was the center of attention, with most of the people on the first floor staring at her.
Mr. Zhang walked up to Lu Feng, glanced at the store manager lying on the ground with a shoe print on his face, and asked, "Who hit you?"
When the man saw that Boss Zhang had arrived, he immediately felt reassured. Lying on the ground, he pointed at Lu Feng and shouted, "It's him! I was surrounded and beaten by a group of people, and he even kicked me in the head!"
"Lu Feng, is this your sincerity in cooperating? We have so many partners globally, and you're the worst one." General Manager Zhang stared at Lu Feng, his tone stern. "You're terrible! Do you understand?"
"Since when it became your place to judge whether we're good or bad?" Lu Feng looked at her and said, "Why didn't you come over when he was hitting someone this morning?"
"It's just a minor conflict. Do you expect me to intervene in every fight among all the employees in the group? Let me tell you, we are very dissatisfied with how you handled this matter. Elmi and Monica are both very angry." General Manager Zhang said in a superior tone, "Resolve this properly as soon as possible and come up with a solution that satisfies us!"
"A solution? I think things are fine as they are. I'd like to hear how large international companies solve these problems?" Lu Feng asked her.
"You will bear all the medical expenses for these people and provide compensation. We will be unable to operate during this period, and you will bear the losses." General Manager Zhang said in a deep voice, "We will have our lawyers and accountants compile a comprehensive estimate of the relevant expenses and send you an email with it!"
"So money can solve things?" Lu Feng glanced at the man on the ground and sneered, "You scared me to death. I thought money couldn't solve anything."
"It's good that you know how scary this is. Let me tell you, this matter is very unfriendly to the cooperation between the two parties. We will reassess the basis of our cooperation and do not rule out terminating the partnership." General Manager Zhang said coldly, "It still depends on your performance."
The others around were in an uproar upon hearing this.

"In my opinion, this so-called boss is not as good as you."
"That's right, he's always jumping around and acting like a madman. What can he do now? People won't cooperate with him. He'll be begging for help when he's not around."
"I've heard that Jiafeng Electronics relies entirely on others for its technology."
"Who told you that?"
“In a company meeting, the boss said it himself: it’s a fraudulent company. All the technology belongs to other people, and they’re always causing trouble.”
"Our boss also said that the company is very chaotic internally, and people don't do things in a down-to-earth manner, but instead engage in crooked and unethical practices."
A group of people chattered amongst themselves, discovering that their bosses seemed to be saying pretty much the same thing.
