Huang Youwei has always had his own set of business plans, but he still felt that it was no match for Lu Feng. If he had resigned from the steel factory to go into business back then, he would never have achieved what Lu Feng has today.
“Then I’ll set up another project team to coordinate with this Iveco.” Huang Youwei saw a glimmer of hope and his face lit up with joy. He said to Lu Feng, “Alright, that’s all for you. Go ahead and do your thing.”
"Mr. Huang, you can't do this. You're letting me go after you're done." Lu Feng sat down, grinning. "Do you know something about Lenovo?"
"I don't know anything about it. I just want to plan an industrial park. I don't know anything about their internal affairs, but President Liu is in Huijing now, and so is President Ni." Huang Youwei looked at Lu Feng and asked, "What are you planning to do?"
"Nothing much. I've known President Liu for a long time. Their company has run into such a big problem, I have to give them some advice," Lu Feng chuckled.
"Last time you persuaded Zhu Lidong to leave, and this time you're probably going to persuade Chief Engineer Ni to leave too. You guys aren't going to work in the computer field, so poaching him won't make a difference." Huang Youwei knew Lu Feng very well; this guy was full of bad intentions.
“We’re not going into the computer field, but we have a lot of demand for integrated circuits, central processing units, and core algorithms.” Lu Feng looked at Huang Youwei and said, “Mr. Huang, how about this: you can approve an information technology industrial park for me here, and I’ll invest three to five hundred million yuan to set up a research and development center here. We can sign a performance-based agreement: if we make a breakthrough in the project by 1999, all loans will be interest-free; if we don’t make a breakthrough, I will settle with the local bank at the highest compound interest rate.”
"What are you doing? Fraud?" Huang Youwei stared at him with wide eyes.

"Can't I keep it for Iveco? The country supports small and medium-sized enterprises to grow bigger, not shameless people like you. Jiafeng Electronics is like the youngest son in the family, yet you're still clamoring for milk. Don't you have any shame?" Huang Youwei waved his hands repeatedly and said, "Get out! Get out!"
Unable to gain any advantage, Lu Feng could only stand up and prepare to leave. As he was leaving, he asked, "Where does President Liu live?"
"Jinling Grand Hotel!"
Lu Feng exited the provincial government building at 4:30 PM. After a moment's thought, he hailed a taxi and headed straight for the Jinling Grand Hotel.
Upon arriving at the front desk, Lu Feng asked the young receptionist, "Hello, I'm looking for General Manager Liu. Could you please make a phone call for me and say that Lu Feng from Jiafeng Electronics is looking for him?"
The receptionist called, and at that moment, General Manager Liu was sitting in his room looking rather sullen. When the phone rang, he answered and was quite surprised to learn that Lu Feng had come to see him.
Although she didn't know why Lu Feng wanted to see her, she still agreed to meet him at the coffee shop on the ninth floor.
"Sir, he wants to meet you at the coffee shop on the ninth floor."

After Lu Feng finished speaking, he walked towards the elevator.
The interior of the coffee shop is quite nice. This Jinling Grand Hotel was the largest hotel in the area in the 1980s, and the first hotel in the country to use high-speed elevators. It was a super five-star hotel.
Lu Feng arrived first, ordered some food, and sat down to wait.

"It's just a listing, it can't compare to you. Jiafeng Electronics has already gone global and expanded beyond Asia." Although President Liu had some past grievances with Lu Feng, he was still quite polite and asked, "President Lu, what made you think of calling me?"
"I was just passing through. I recently returned to China and heard something happened. Is there anything I can help you with? Just tell me. Now that I'm abroad, those things from the domestic market are all in the past," Lu Feng assured him with a smile. "I'll do everything I can to help you!"
