Various tasks were in full swing. In the evening, Lu Feng called Jiang Xiaoyan and said he would go to her place to see Duoduo that night.
I drove to the market to buy some groceries, and when I got home I cooked a few dishes. Around 7 p.m., the door opened, and Jiang Xiaoyan, carrying a bag, said, "What brings you here this time?"

As they ate, they chatted about the changes that had taken place over the past six years. It was a complete upheaval. Looking back at themselves back then, they felt incredibly foolish and had many感慨 (feelings of mixed emotions).
After finishing her meal, Jiang Xiaoyan cleared away the dishes and said to Lu Feng, "I can clean up by myself, you can go back now."
"Okay, by the way, I have a surprise for you, come here." Lu Feng said to her mysteriously.
"What?"
"A jade pendant that glows. People say it shines brighter in the darkest places. Let's go check it out in the bedroom; the living room is too bright." Lu Feng put his hands in his pockets, as if he really had something there.
Jiang Xiaoyan looked curious; she had never heard of jade that could glow before. She stepped into the house, and Lu Feng stepped back and closed the door.
"Where's the jade? What does it look like?"
"Sit here, and I'll show you!"
"Hey? Hey, hey, why are you taking your clothes off...?"
The next day, at nine o'clock in the morning, Jiang Xiaoyan said into the phone, "Fengxia, have you arrived at the factory yet? I overslept. You go ahead with your meeting, I'll be there in an hour."
Lu Feng yawned as he came out of the bedroom, leaned against the door, and looked at Jiang Xiaoyan, saying, "Can't you take a few days off? I'm leaving the day after tomorrow."
"Take a few days off? I'm afraid I'll fall apart. Do you think I'm some kind of superhuman?" Jiang Xiaoyan said while changing her clothes, "Don't waste your energy. Find someone suitable and get married."

After Jiang Xiaoyan finished tidying up, she peeked into the bedroom door and said, "Don't let Duoduo sleep at school tonight. Remember to pick her up."
Lu Feng was already snoring loudly, so no one could hear him.
