Feng Haidong smiled and agreed: "Okay, don't worry, I promise I won't scold my son."
Reassured by her husband, Lu Wanling felt a little more at ease, but she still looked at him with concern and asked, "Are you really alright? Should we go to the hospital to get checked out?"
Feng Haidong simply got out of bed, and after getting out of bed, he picked up his wife and carried her in his arms.

Upon hearing her husband say she had gained weight, Lu Wanling immediately exclaimed in alarm, "Really? I've gained weight?"
Seeing his wife's nervous expression, like a little girl, Feng Haidong chuckled and hugged her, saying, "It's okay, it's good to be a little chubby, I like you to be plump."
Lu Wanling blushed instantly and pushed her husband away, saying, "You're so unruly. I'm going to work. You get some sleep and remember to go to our son's school. Also, remember not to scold our son."
Watching his wife blush and tidy up the things on her desk, packing them into her bag as she prepared to leave, he watched as she did so.
Feng Haidong reiterated, "Okay, I promise I won't scold my son or be harsh with him. I will definitely handle this matter properly."
After seeing his wife off, Feng Haidong returned home and wandered around his small one-bedroom apartment.
Finally, I looked at the year 1996 on the calendar.
Feng Haidong couldn't help but exclaim, "I never expected such a good thing to happen. I'll do something small and make a little change for my little family."
After sighing, Feng Haidong grabbed his keys, locked the door, and headed out of the residential compound to his son's school.
