After sitting by the swimming pool and watching Peanut making a fuss for more than ten minutes, the little guy was really tired. Family members were all around him. He was originally a very lively boy, and he was praised by his great-grandparents, showing off. He was also praised by his grandparents, showing off.
Being praised by older brothers and sisters is even more amazing. She purses her lips tightly and wishes she could use her hands and legs as Hot Wheels!
"Wow, Peanuts are awesome!"
"Yes, look at my sister."
The swimming pool is not very big, and there are people standing at every position on the edge. The little guy who was moved back and forth just turned around in circles countless times.
Finally, the exhausted kid was wrapped in a bath towel and walked a few steps back to the house. Someone held an umbrella for him and a group of people surrounded him.
Shen Anning walked at the end and felt the concrete existence of the grandparents for the first time!
After returning to the house, applying talcum powder and changing into clean and comfortable clothes, little Cao Siheng lay comfortably on the sofa, pointed at his mouth, and then pointed at Mother Shen's hand.
Mother Shen was amused by his little action and laughed, "Oh, baby Peanut, are you hungry? Let's not rush. Let's have lunch today. Let your sister and brother play with you for a while. Grandma will show you what delicious food your mother has prepared today."
Seeing what Shen Anning had prepared in the kitchen, Mother Shen nodded and said, "This is what a mother should do. Look at how greedy little Peanut is. He's even biting his hands."
Shen Anning was full of excuses, but she couldn't say it. She was just a little late in preparing complementary food for the little guy, and her daughter became an irresponsible mother!
At the dinner table, Peanut's meal was placed on a separate tray. Sitting on his own custom-made little chair, Cao Siheng looked at the six bowls in front of him. He glanced at his mother, then turned back to staring at his meal, drooling, and suddenly exclaimed, "Wow!"
Xixi and Erbao, who were standing nearby, were both startled.
Shen Anning laughed so hard that her stomach hurt because of the wow tone and her son's expression. Looking at her son with his eyes wide open, she forced his head to turn in another direction.
"Ahh! Cici!"
"Baby, do you want to eat? Then give mom a kiss and I'll give you all of this." Shen Anning nodded her face and moved closer.
Peanut looked at Shen Anning with a look of disbelief and a feeling of doting and being unable to do anything to her. These were obviously the tricks used by his father, so why did his mother use them today?
But he still loved his mother very much. He reached out and hugged Shen An Ning's head with a cry, and kissed her several times, especially hard, and kissed Shen An Ning's face full of saliva.
“Times! Times!”
Wiping the excess saliva off her face, she realized that her son was really hungry. Shen Anning took the soft spoon and said, "Hahahaha, okay, let's eat. Are you hungry? Come and see what mommy made for our little peanut today."
A mouthful of fish porridge, a mouthful of apple and carrot puree, and then a mouthful of egg custard with fine shrimp meat. Each mouthful has a different taste, and they are all particularly delicious. Peanut's eyes are full of surprise. He cherishes every bite and his eyes are sparkling when he looks at his mother.
Even when he was taking a nap, he was clinging to Shen An Ning, the kind that no one could take away.
Shen An Ning really didn't expect that her son was such a big foodie. She didn't know if it was a genetic problem of the Shen family. Xixi and Erbao were also foodies when they were young.
After having meat for the first time in his life at noon, Peanut no longer wanted to drink milk. I only managed to feed him two mouthfuls of milk after he woke up in the afternoon, both times when I fed him when he wasn't paying attention.
"Baby, are you hungry? If you are hungry, why don't you eat?"
Little Cao Siheng had his own ideas. He took the bottle that his mother placed in front of him, threw it aside, and pointed to the door. Shen Anning carried him downstairs and followed his instructions to the dining table.
Seeing the little guy taking the initiative to sit on the dining chair, she finally understood that the first meal at noon was too shocking.
There were fresh fruits in the kitchen. Shen Anning took a look and steamed an apple for the child. Looking at the little guy who was eating with great relish and enjoyment, Shen Anning couldn't help but pinch the flesh on his cheek.
What made Shen An Ning feel lucky was that when Peanut woke up at night and was fed, he still ate. After all, he couldn't let himself go hungry. After crying for a long time, his grandparents didn't come to coax him or feed him rice noodles. The little guy was considered to be sensible.
The next morning, after a good rest, Shen An Ning just got up and before she could even go to the toilet, she was urged again and again by her cousin Qin Wan! She was dragged out the door before she could even have breakfast at home.
This time when I came to Shanghai, although the memory of Shanghai in the 1960s had become much more blurred, Shen Anning still clearly felt the difference. Since the concept of special economic zones in places like Shenzhen and Zhuhai was spread, Shanghai, the former coastal international metropolis, has once again radiated its new glory.
When girls go out, shopping is inevitable. Shen Anning, Shen Anxuan, her cousin and her sister-in-law walked on the street. Looking at the clothes of the people around them, both boys and girls revealed a sense of "Western style". It was midsummer, and every girl walking on the street was a modern girl.
Although the culture has been liberalized a lot since the reform and opening up, it is still far behind Beijing and Shanghai.
Going to the traditional breakfast street, from pork ribs and rice cakes to steamed dumplings and scallion pancakes and crab shell yellow, Shen An Ning felt that her stomach was fuller than ever before. The ingredients were really real, and every special breakfast was delicious.
