Chapter 256 They Mutated (2/2)

Of the three, Luo Jingyue's brainwaves were the strongest.

She actually managed to pry open the rings that were holding her hands and feet in place with her willpower, and was able to move freely in the observation room.

“I have a hair clip in my hair, and I can use it to open the door.”

So Luo Jingyue used this hair clip to actually open the computer-controlled glass door.

She ran out and saw Kang Cheng lying crookedly next to the computer.

She pushed Kang Cheng aside and started working on the computer.

Although Luo Jingyue didn't know these procedures, she used her brainwaves to search Kang Cheng's memory bank and accessed the operating system of the observation room.

Chen Xiaohui and Peng Zude were released quickly.

While searching Kang Cheng's memories, Luo Jingyue discovered a shocking secret.

But now is not the time to talk about that; the most important thing is that they have to escape as soon as possible.

With Chen Xiaohui around, the two security guards in the small building quickly fell asleep.

The three of them could move about without any obstacles.

On the lawn in the garden.

The bright moonlight shone on the three of them.

Luo Jingyue felt extremely uncomfortable all over.

"Dr. Peng, Nurse Chen, do you ever feel this way? The moonlight makes me so thirsty and hungry, I want to drink blood!"

Luo Jingyue's question immediately resonated with both of them.

Peng Zude was very puzzled. "I grew up in a small county town and have never been abroad. But why do I feel like I have the constitution of a vampire?"

Chen Xiaohui was already itching for more. "What are we waiting for?"

The three looked at each other and found that they had all become unusually pale and beautiful, like medieval nobles, exuding an air of nobility.

Then their two canines grew in.

Peng and Chen were very familiar with the hospital's interior; they knew this was the VIP ward.

The wards resembled rows of connected villas.

There was a small building, and the lights on the second floor were still faintly lit.

Lin Jia, a wealthy woman with disabilities in both legs, lives here.

Several years ago, a car accident left him unable to stand on his own two feet.

But Lin Jia did not give up on treatment and would return to the hospital every three months for examinations and treatment.

He has a habit of staying up late and is reading under the desk lamp.

Just then, Lin Jia suddenly heard a noise at the window. He pulled back the curtains and was nearly scared out of his wits.

Three people had already entered the balcony. "Oh dear!" he exclaimed inwardly.

Three pale faces, clearly not human.

He called for the nurse and pressed the call bell by the bed, but to no avail.

Lin Jia used her strong upper body arms to climb into the wheelchair.

The three men had already broken in through the window.

The most beautiful woman among them stared at Lin Jia in a daze.

The woman's shrill voice asked, "Lin Qiang? Are you Lin Qiang?"

Lin Jia didn't recognize the woman in front of her; the woman was calling out her younger brother's name.

The woman was filled with hatred. "All of you, attack him! Bite him to death! Suck his blood dry!"

In a fit of immense fear, Lin Jia actually stood up, rushed out the door, and in her haste, didn't forget to operate the combination lock.

Seeing their prey suddenly escape, Luo Jingyue and the other two tried to open the door, but they couldn't.

Peng Zude suddenly felt his strength surge and punched through the door.

The three chased Lin Jia into the garden.

Lin Jia shouted for help. He had only just learned to walk and was not yet used to running. He stumbled and fell to the ground.

The three pounced on her, and Lin Jia closed her eyes in despair.

Suddenly, a tall man in a white coat blocked his way. "Run!"
