Chapter 91 Seven Star Array (2/2)

Luo Feng's voice rang out at an inopportune moment.

"knew."

Xiaoxi answered in a low voice, "I definitely have to hold something back."

The following halls were all the same, except that there were more and more doorways.

Xiaoxi used the same method to find the entrance.

When they arrived at the temple with twelve doorways, the scene inside was different.

In the middle is a portrait.

Despite its age, the portrait still faintly reveals the man's demeanor, and is accompanied by ancient characters that are incomprehensible to most.

Xiaoxi, however, could recognize these characters.

It turns out that this ancient tomb is a cenotaph, and the life of the man depicted in the painting is not described in much detail.

The temple still has a star map on the top, but there are no boxes or other items to place the stars.

There are only six life-sized stone statues on either side of the portrait.

These stone statues were probably carved to protect the man in the portrait.

"I'm sorry," everyone silently said.

In order to find the intersection, they had to move six stone statues and place them on the star position.

But we're still missing one star position; the floor hasn't rotated at all.

While I was feeling down, I wondered if it was by chance or something else.

Xiao Xi saw the empty Kaiyang starlight spot on the ground move to Luo Feng's feet next to her.

"Brother Feng, Xiao Xiao!"

The floor began to spin rapidly, and the oil lamps in the temple suddenly went out.

"team leader!"

"Xiao Xi!"

There was a chorus of shouts and the barking of dogs.

Xiaoxi quickly produced a red ribbon and tied everyone together tightly.

"Don't panic, everyone! Don't panic at this time."

Jiang Tao, He Zhanyuan, Deng Yuan, and Xie Xun were the first to calm down.

They took out flashlights from their backpacks, but they couldn't get any power.

Xiaoxi also took out several kinds of lights, but none of them could be lit.

Right now, all we can do is take a headcount. Everyone is here except for Lao Feng, who is nowhere to be found.

"I will find Brother Feng!" Xiaoxi said firmly.

But now she needs to find light. Perhaps the things she took out before weren't originally hers?

Oh right, doesn't she have a crescent moon?

This is the weapon enhancement device that is truly connected to her and belongs to her.

Xiaoxi took out the Crescent Moon Sword.

Sure enough, the crescent moon possessed the magical power to summon light; it absorbed the faint glow of the temple's gemstones.

It emitted a faint purple glow, a dim light that enveloped a three-meter radius around it.

Gradually, everyone was able to see each other clearly.

Xiaoxi tied the red ribbons back to everyone's hands, and the four dogs huddled together tightly.

Suddenly, the three iron rings on the back of the crescent blade clanged together.

Xiaoxi could feel that Yanyue was guiding her.

She quickly began to silently recite the demon-subduing incantation, and pulled everyone along, following the crescent moon's guidance, as they moved.

A branding mark in a dark corner of the tomb.

When Kaiyang Starlight Point selected him just now, he only felt an invisible force that made him involuntarily swept away by a gust of wind.

He found the flashlight, but it was out of power.

Now all we can do is feel our way forward along the cold stone wall.

Suddenly, a faint light appeared ahead.

Luo Feng walked toward the light, which grew brighter and brighter.

The scene before him was none other than his childhood village, and he wondered.

"Gousheng, your parents haven't come back to see you yet?"

"Hit him! Hit him!"

The familiar voice from my childhood echoed in my ears again.

The punches and kicks felt so real; Luo Feng suddenly weakened and was powerless to fight back.

Luo Feng saw that his arms and legs were covered with scars.

"This isn't real, it's an illusion, I don't want to be affected by it!" Luo Feng shouted.
