Seeing Li Tian's condition, Ye Lan and Ye Feng both breathed a sigh of relief.

After adjusting his mindset, Li Tian slowly opened his diary.

The name "Li Lingxi" was written inside in dense strokes.
This was Li Tian's name when he was on Earth. Upon seeing this name, Li Tian's breathing immediately became rapid.
Li Tian then quickly closed the diary and handed it to Ye Feng.
"I'm not looking anymore! You can take it!"
"Not watching anymore?"
Ye Feng looked at his father in surprise, not understanding what was going on.
That's just like my dad; it would be strange if Ye Feng didn't lose his temper with anyone else.
First, he made me fly back to China just to get a few diaries, but now that I'm back, I've only glanced at them and haven't looked at them again?
However, when Ye Feng saw that it was his father who did this, he had to suppress his resentment.
Li Tian seemed to have already guessed one possibility.
My current state is not right, and it is very likely related to Ye Yu's diary.
Or perhaps some unseen rule was influencing him, preventing the leak of information about the two worlds from being communicated.
This is the only plausible explanation right now, which explains why Ye Yu didn't write the whole story so clearly.
I imagine Ye Yu was under immense pressure when she wrote her last diary entry!
"How was your sister's mental state later on?" Li Tian asked casually.
After a moment's thought, Ye Lan said, "He wasn't doing well in the last few days; sometimes he would talk nonsense. He was fine before!"
"Okay! I understand!"
Li Tian nodded; it was indeed much as he had guessed.
It is clear that Ye Yu was ultimately influenced by some kind of rule, which is why her mental state deteriorated.
"Li Tian, what exactly is going on?"
Ye Lan couldn't suppress her curiosity.
Seeing the condition of those two doctors made her even more upset.
Li Tian shook his head and said, "Don't ask anymore, let's just leave it at that! It's best to forget about it!"
"Forgot?"
Ye Lan looked at Li Tian incredulously, feeling that this guy was talking in a cryptic way.
"Yes! Don't ask why, it can't be said, and it mustn't be said! There's a great terror ahead!"
Li Tian dropped the matter and stopped even looking at Ye Yu's diary.
Seeing Li Tian acting strangely, Ye Lan sensed that he might be having another episode, so she stopped provoking him.
"When are you going back to China?" Ye Lan changed the subject.
"Let me stay here for a while! I want to keep her company!"
Li Tian did indeed want to spend time with Ye Yu, but of course, he had other thoughts as well.
He wanted to try out that rule here; who knows, it might come in handy in the future.
Ye Lan saw that Li Tian still had the same attitude, but this time she did not stop him.
"Okay, there are plenty of people here anyway. If you feel unwell, you can call me!"

“Okay!” Ye Lan agreed without asking why.
After Li Tian left, Ye Feng became even more curious.
"Auntie, what's wrong with my dad? I couldn't understand what you were saying just now?"
Ye Lan gave Ye Feng a brief explanation, which made Ye Feng worried.
"Could it be that my dad isn't faking illness, but actually has a mental illness?"
Ye Lan nodded and said, "It's possible. He no longer needs to pretend to be sick, but you saw his previous condition. I now suspect that he has severe depression, and may even be hallucinating after being stimulated by external factors!"
"What about those two psychologists you mentioned earlier?" Ye Feng asked.
Ye Lan recounted everything she had seen to Ye Feng, who then fell into deep thought.

"Dad! Can we change the song?" Ye Feng suggested.
Li Tian didn't turn to look at his son, and said, "You don't need to come and keep me company every day, I can manage here!"
Seeing Li Tian's dazed state, it's no wonder Ye Feng felt uneasy about returning home.
"No! Dad, I just think anyone would get tired of listening to the same song every day. I bet Mom's sick of it by now, right?"
"Impossible! This was her favorite song. When she was hospitalized, I sang it to her every day! She loved it!"
"Hospitalization?"
Ye Feng was a little puzzled. When did his mother get hospitalized?
"Yes, she had an incurable disease back then, and planting lilacs all over her grave was her last wish!"
