Chapter 171 Make-up Lessons

When Mu Yanran saw the grapes, her eyes widened.

"Sister-in-law, you guys went to the manor? Why didn't you take me with you?" Her tone was a little depressed. My brother and sister-in-law went to the manor by themselves, and they didn't even take me with them. I haven't even had time to go there before.

"You're not at home." Song Ci directly blocked her aggrieved voice.

"Ahhh, if I had known you were going, I wouldn't have gone to the cram school." Mu Yanran had a look of regret on her face, and she also made a note of Si Hanyu in her heart. If it weren't for him, she would definitely have followed them to the manor today.

"Make up lessons?" Song Ci asked in surprise. It was strange that this little girl actually needed make up lessons. She never felt that she had the desire to study.

It's really rare.

Mu Jingjue looked at her when he heard this: "Did Si Hanyu give you extra lessons again?"

Song Ci suddenly realized after hearing this. Oh, it turned out that it was Young Master Si who was going to fight in person. No wonder he was willing.

Mu Yanran said listlessly, "I won't say anymore. Today's make-up class really pissed him off."

That's right. She stayed in his office for the whole afternoon and it was a mess. Even the secretary didn't dare to come in to report to him. She was so scared that she thought she had done something that would anger God and man. But, forget it, right?

Si Hanyu spent an hour teaching her a problem, assuming she'd mastered it. He found her a few similar problems and then went back to work. When he finished, he took the test paper from the side. He was immediately furious, staring at her in disbelief. She still didn't know how to do it. Hadn't he just taught her? Didn't she say she knew how to do it?

He was immediately furious, his eyes widened, and he looked over the paper several times to confirm it.

He couldn't understand how someone could not solve such a simple problem. Moreover, she had said she knew it just moments after he finished speaking.

He didn't believe it, so he patiently taught it again. As expected, the result was still wrong. He suddenly felt that the world was mysterious.

How can someone not understand math?

Isn’t this simple?

Just need a pen?

How come to her, at least she needs to change her brain?

"What on earth are you thinking about?" Si Hanyu asked, suppressing his anger.

Mu Yanran bit the tip of her pen and looked at Si Hanyu with an innocent look. She didn't dare say a word. Brother Hanyu's expression was too cold and scary. She had already said that she would not come to make up for it, right? Now, he was pissed.

But I can't blame myself for this, because mathematics is really not something humans can learn.

She tried her best, but she couldn't understand.

Mathematics is such a simple subject, why must it be so complicated? Why is it so complicated?

I won’t be using math in my life in the future, so why should I bother learning it?

She didn't understand why the school had to offer a math course. If anyone was interested, they could just learn it on their own. Why did they have to force math on poor students? She didn't understand the point of it. It just made life difficult for those who were not familiar with math.

"Did you listen carefully?" Si Hanyu stared at her and asked again unwillingly.

Mu Yanran replied in a low voice, feeling somewhat guilty, "Of course I listened carefully."

"Then why don't you know it yet?"

"Knowledge is not just about the brain, what can I do?" Mu Yanran looked aggrieved, but of course she had tried her best.

Si Hanyu frowned and blamed himself. Why did he insist on not believing in it and go through so much trouble to teach her?

He tugged at his tie and saw that she didn't look like she could learn. So he decided to forget about it today. He was afraid that if he continued to teach her, they would both get angry.

"Okay, okay, that's all for today."

"Oh, then Brother Hanyu, should I come tomorrow?" Mu Yanran asked cautiously. It would be best if she didn't have to come tomorrow or in the future.

Si Hanyu glanced at him with a look that said, "What kind of sweet dream are you having?"

"If you don't come, do you want to get zero on the college entrance exam?"

"Oh, okay."

Mu Yanran was quite disappointed when she saw that her goal was not achieved.

However, when she thought that today's torture was over, she happily packed her schoolbag again.

"Then I'll go back first?"

"Wait a minute, I'll take you there."

Mu Yanran quickly refused: "No, I'll find a car to go back myself. You still have a lot of work to do?"

She didn't want to stay here any longer. It was too boring. It was all work and work. She might as well go home and watch TV.

Si Hanyu looked at the pile of work on the table, then looked at her, thinking that the little girl definitely didn't have the patience to accompany him here to do these boring tasks, so he thought it would be better to go back first.

"Then I'll ask the driver to take you."

When she thought about how long she would have to spend making up for it, she felt depressed. She was afraid that she would be bored to death during this summer vacation.

Mu Jingjue looked at his sister's grimacing expression and laughed to himself. He had no idea what Si Hanyu was doing. He had watched her grow up, but he didn't even know her capacity for self-pity. He had to make trouble for himself.

Mu Yanran was a little annoyed when she saw her brother thinking.

"Brother, are you laughing at me?"

"I don't."

"snort."
