On the Rising Sun, Feng Ye was in no hurry to dive into the water; his eyes scanned the sea surface with keen intensity.
Ah-Can, filled with doubt, couldn't help but ask, "Brother Ye, what are you looking for?"
Feng Ye did not answer.
A moment later, a smile appeared on his face.
"Found it, Ah Chan, drive over there quickly!"
He pointed to a stretch of sea ahead and said loudly.
Upon hearing this, Ah-Can quickly looked in the direction Feng Ye was pointing and instantly realized what was going on.
A sinister smile crept across his face as he quickly turned the bow of the boat in that direction and sailed straight towards it.
Suddenly, a head appeared on the once calm sea, and a figure emerged abruptly from the water.
Clearly, this was an unlucky guy who was left behind after diving underwater.
The creature had barely surfaced and hadn't even had a chance to catch its breath when it noticed the unusual situation on the surface of the sea.
Just as he was wondering why there were so many ships and why his own ship had disappeared, he was startled to find a ship sailing towards him.
When he saw the words "Rising Sun" painted on the bow of the ship, his face turned deathly pale, and a wave of panic washed over him.
He quickly took a deep breath and then plunged back into the water without hesitation.
"Damn! He has diving equipment, are we sure he won't slip away from the seabed?"
Ah-Can watched the figure quickly disappear into the sea, his brows furrowing slightly.
Feng Ye's brows furrowed as well, a hint of doubt rising in his heart.
This person is indeed wearing a breathing mask, but he doesn't have an oxygen tank on his back, so he must be breathing through an air tube.
But the key question is, where is the other end of the air tube?
You should know that when he dives, one end of the air tube is in his mouth, while the other end is fixed to the boat.
However, where is this person's air tube fixed?
Feng Ye stared in the direction where the person had disappeared, but there was nothing there except the endless sea.
He was completely baffled.
Suddenly, his gaze was drawn to a buoy floating on the sea not far away.
It was just an ordinary float, the kind commonly used in fishing gear such as longline fishing, gillnets, and gillnets.
These buoys typically only float on the surface of the sea and do not move much.
Significant displacement only occurs when encountering strong winds and huge waves.
However, at this moment the sea was calm, and the buoy was actually moving, and at a relatively fast speed.
"Could it be fixed to the buoy?"
A sudden flash of inspiration struck Feng Ye, and he pondered to himself.
He pointed to the moving buoy and shouted to Ah-chan, "Ah-chan, do you see that moving buoy? Hurry up and sail over there to take a look."
Ah-Can muttered, "It's just a buoy with a broken rope, what's so interesting about it?"
"Stop arguing and drive over there!" Feng Ye urged impatiently.
Helpless, Ah-chan had no choice but to adjust the boat's course and head towards the buoy.
As the Xuri gradually approached its target, A-Can and Feng-Ye both clearly saw that a pipe extending to the seabed was fixed to the buoy.
This pipe is nearly 20 centimeters higher than the buoy, which is obviously specially designed to prevent seawater from entering when the buoy moves up and down.
"Air pipe?"
After seeing it clearly, Ah-chan couldn't help but exclaim in surprise.
"That's right, it's an air duct."
Feng Ye nodded: "These guys are really clever! They actually tied the air tube to the buoy, so they can move around freely in the sea. They can go wherever they want without worrying about the air tube being too short."
His tone couldn't help but carry a hint of admiration.
"Indeed extremely shrewd, but no matter how clever you are, you can't escape Brother Ye's discerning eyes."
Ah-Can laughed triumphantly, "I was worried he'd get away, but now let's see where he can run to?"
The buoy was quickly overtaken by the Rising Sun.
Feng Ye skillfully picked up the hook, accurately hooked the buoy, and pulled it forcefully onto the boat.
Without hesitation, he extended his thumb and blocked the air tube tightly.
Not long after, a ripple suddenly appeared on the sea, and a figure emerged and quickly surfaced.
The man was wearing diving gear, with a net full of abalone hanging from his waist. As soon as he surfaced, he couldn't wait to take off his breathing mask and gasp for breath.
Feng Ye and A Can stood at the bow of the boat, coldly staring at the guy who had surfaced.
The man felt a chill run down his spine and cried out in terror, "Brothers, please let me go! It's a misunderstanding, it's all a misunderstanding..."
"Misunderstanding? Is that even possible?"
Feng Ye snorted coldly, his tone filled with disdain and anger.
"Are you going to come up here obediently on your own, or do you want us to beat you up first before you come up?"
Ah-chan, standing beside him, worked in perfect harmony, swinging his thick bamboo pole and whipping it hard across the sea, producing a crisp, cracking sound.
"No, no, no, I'll be right up, right up!"
Seeing that the situation was bad, the man was terrified and begged for mercy. He then swam towards the Rising Sun with all his might.
Before long, he swam to the side of the Rising Sun, grabbed the gunwale, and then climbed onto the ship in a few quick movements.
As soon as he boarded the ship, he knelt down in front of Feng Ye and A Can with a thud. Just as he was about to say something, A Can kicked him away.
