Their luck today is hard to describe.
Well, they didn't run into a middleman who could sell all their goods at once.
To be honest, they sold them in small quantities, one or two kilograms at a time, and in just half a morning they sold nearly a hundred kilograms of dried fish and more than thirty kilograms of shrimp.
The income from these three hours is almost two hundred yuan, which is quite good.
However, people come to the market to buy things relatively early; the later it gets, the fewer people there are.
It was just past ten o'clock, and there weren't many people wandering around the market anymore, a far cry from the bustling scene in the first hour or two after it opened.
Looking at the remaining 140 jin of dried fish and more than 20 jin of shrimp, Feng Ye estimated that he wouldn't be able to sell them all today.
Even if you sell until five or six o'clock in the afternoon, you'd be lucky to sell another fifty or sixty pounds, maybe even less.
Unless you happen to meet the boss and weigh more at once.
But that's just wishful thinking; he doesn't hold out much hope.
But sometimes, surprises come just like that.
Feng Xuan and A Can saw that there weren't many people around, so they went for a walk and unexpectedly brought back an acquaintance.
It was none other than Fatty Nie, whom I had just met in the early hours of yesterday morning.
"Mr. Feng, it's nice to see you again."
As soon as Fatty Nie entered the store, he extended his hand with a big smile.
Feng Ye shook hands with him: "Manager Nie, what brings you here..."

“This shop isn’t rented; we’ve already bought it,” Ah-Can said frankly.

Ah-chan continued, "Fifty-five thousand, plus number 13 next door, and number 51, a total of three rooms."
"The price is reasonable." Fatty Nie nodded. "If it weren't for No. 51 dragging things down, these two rooms would cost about 20,000 each."
"We also thought the price was acceptable, so we partnered up to buy it."
"You guys are really lucky and have guts. You won't lose money by acquiring this shop; it has great potential for appreciation."
"Yes, we also saw the potential here, which is why we decided to buy it."
"I remember when they first started selling, they were 10,000 yuan a room. It hasn't been long, and the price has already doubled," Fatty Nie exclaimed.
Feng Ye smiled and said, "We don't know about that."
