Chapter 30 You Look a Lot Like My Sister

Song Yingying: "I can just heat up my food for lunch and eat it. I can move my hands and feet, so it won't affect me."

Qin Zheng still frowned, "From now on, someone will bring you food every day."

Song Yingying stared wide-eyed at Qin Zheng, then looked at Qin Baohua.

Qin Baohua gave an awkward smile, unsure of what to say.

“No, no need… I can make it myself, and I’ll be going to school soon. If outsiders frequently come and go from the alley, people will gossip.” Song Yingying frowned and spoke directly.

Qin Zheng's brows furrowed slightly. "Don't misunderstand, it's just that you look a lot like my sister."

Song Yingying was focused solely on her studies and didn't think much of anything else. Upon hearing Qin Zheng's explanation, her expression was a mix of shock, surprise, and apology.

Seeing that she was really in a difficult position, Qin Zheng pursed his lips and stopped talking.

Qin Baohua quickly suggested, "Why don't we wait until she starts school and then prepare lunch for Yingying every day instead of eating in the cafeteria? That way it won't be so conspicuous."

Qin Zheng nodded: "That's fine too."

Song Yingying was suddenly assigned lunch for the rest of the time. She shook her head and said, "This won't do. It's too much trouble for you. Besides, I'm used to eating by myself."

Qin Zheng ignored Song Yingying's words and left quickly.

The Qin family's car was parked outside Heping Lane.

Qin Baohua couldn't help but glance at Qin Zheng a few more times.

This was the first time Qin Zheng had ever shown such...care for another classmate.

Qin Zheng twitched his lips. "You don't need to overthink it. I just think she looks a lot like Ya Ya."

Qin Zheng used to have a younger sister. His parents were busy with work, so only the two siblings and the housekeeper lived together. His sister was a year younger than him, but she died of a high fever when she was six years old, leaving Qin Zheng alone at home.

When Song Yingying was being beaten outside the restroom, Qin Zheng saw that face and rushed over immediately.
